Great location one block from Ocean Drive. Adults only so no kids We opted for a pool view room which had a massive terrace

Staff had poor attitude. 2 examples. One of us got stuck in the room bathroom, when the other went to reception to gain help, they laughed. When maintenance guy came to room, he laughed. No sorry or good gesture given. We had the same receptionist all week, each day we went for new beach towels. When we checked out he just looked down and didn’t want to say goodbye to us. Just rude.

Convenient to beach and Espanola Way restaurants; also included a good hot breakfast and use of beach lounges. Staff was very helpful and personable. My room was bright and clean, & bed was comfortable, and as a single, straight older woman, I felt safe.

The sofa /cushions outside at front entrance looked very tired and dirty, and would give a better “first impression” if they were replaced. They looked “well used”. Although it was labeled an “adult” hotel, I didn’t connect that it meant catering to gays. There were both gay and straight people staying at the hotel, and I felt comfortable, except for the unnecessary risqué photographs on the wall. You can cater to gays without being so blatant. The elevator did not work to go down to the lobby from 3rd floor. It was broken and I had to carry all my luggage down 3 flights to the lobby.

Very good location, clean and comfortable room with nice amenities, nice pool area. Helpful and nice staff.

The bathroom is a bit small and the AC is tricky (they offered a new room when it stopped working), walls are a bit thiny and you can hear everything. The breakfast was the same every mornig.

The location of the property was absolutely perfect. It was walking distance to shops, the beach was a 3-5 min walk as well. The staff were amazing!

The small pillows made it difficult to get comfy. The awkward glass on the shower was just weird. The space is old but seemingly well maintained, if they were to fully renovate but keep the same experience it would be 10/10.

Awesome hotel with a great vibe. Nice rooms and bed, friendly staff at reception. Great location. Love the gay friendly comfortable atmosphere!

Bathroom is a tad small but fine. While the rooms are quiet from street noise, you could hear people upstairs walking around. But it didn't worry us too much, just noticeable.

My only suggestion is that because it is an LGBT hotel, the photos in the hotel could have all people in the community and not just gay men with ripped bodies.

We liked the quiet location away from the clubs on Ocean drive but still walkable everywhere. Easy close walk to the beach and complimentary beach chairs.

The garage across the street associated with the hotel charges $58.55 to park overnight. Don’t do it. There is a garage a block over on 16th street for $20/night.

Breakfast chicken and waffles was amazing lol. Ahmed and Franco front desk staff in the morning were awesome. Beautiful people. We were a group of 10 celebrating my husbands birthday they decorated our room and everything for him. I loved it. Thank you again.

Should be a little bit more accurate on the website with security deposit. Website says one thing get to the hotel have to do $400 security deposit hold. You Should also have more pictures of lesbians, non gays, transgender people. All I seen was men to men pictures. If you guys are welcoming all you should post all on website and in the hotel. Keep the pool open longer we are adults 8:00 is early. We came to Miami to party all night. Especially it being an adult only hotel.

We love the staff , the breakfast and the location.

It would be great implement new activities to live a better community experiences and take advantage of social areas.

I liked that the place was very central to everything and you could just walk without needing to get an Uber to get around.the hotel itself is very nice but very old style boutique kinda hotel finish so don’t expect a 5 star kinda look.it is very accommodating and relaxful.beds are great and the pool and bar experience is really good.theres a happy hour bar at the location and you meet other gay travelers as well.i like that there is music on as you walk in and the staff is absolutely amazing.i would say it gives you the feeling of staying at a gay resort.it is simple but nice and the staff goes beyond and above to ensure you are comfortable

I didn’t really like the bathroom so much but I understand it’s a boutique style hotel so very old school
