Very good breakfast. Lovely cheerful and helpful staff. Good value for money.

Lighting in bathroom super but not so good in bedroom. As we slept together my husband had to hop out of bed to turn off the standard lamp in the corner of the room when he had finished reading. I was fine as the double lamp - for both beds was on my side.

Location was close to everything, breakfast was great lots of options, enjoyed the complimentary Ice cream treats available in the evening Sunday through Thursday. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Can't thing of anything it was a great experience and I'd stay again.

I got two knocks on the door in the morning from service staff. Both of which woke me up. It would be good if they only knocked if the guest has checked out. Thank you.

We booked a room with double queens but some of our travel party backed out on us. When we arrived we asked if we could be switched to a king room and the staff at the front desk was very nice in accommodating our request. The room was spacious and up to date; I was very pleased with the room. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options; everything was stocked and very clean.

We came to town for the Hot Air Affair area event. We were outside in the bitter cold all day and we were really looking forward to warming up in the hot tub, but, then we found out the heater was not working in the hot tub! I certainly understand these things happen, but, it was disappointing. Also, the one nightstand next to the bed (room 225A) had a large area of something smeared/hardened on it from a previous guest. This is not a big deal and did not impact our stay at all. We did leave the light on in this area when we left hoping that it would be seen/cleaned.

Everything was just fine. The room was comfortable, very clean and a fabulous mattress. In addition, it was nice to have a Tesla charger at the hotel.

They had the best breakfast selections compared to other hotels we’ve been at this week. Unexpected surprise: they had free ice cream items for you from 7 pm to 11 pm. Excellent location with easy access to food, movies, and interstate Highway.

The toilet bowl had brownish stain? I thought maybe iron stain. Notified staff on departure and they said they would definitely check into it.

The staff were great. The room was clean and good sized. The hotel is located near many stores and restaurants so there were many choices for meals. Breakfast was good too.

The beds were not comfortable and the pool was ice cold. The hot tub had dead bugs floating in it and dirt and sand in it.

Everything about this place is amazing! From early check-in, the beautiful room, the pool and hot tub area, no over powering chemical small (means clean), the evening ice cream treat, the comfy pillows,, bed, comforter.....and the absolutely amazing hot breakfast!!! Hands down the best hotel we have stayed at ever!! Thank you!

The property was very clean, well lit, food was good, the pictures definitely made the pool look was bigger than it was but we still had a lot of fun. April helped us check in and she was beyond friendly and super helpful!
