Cute rooms and facilities. Clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. Also easy walking distance to a Whole Foods where you can pick up breakfast in the morning.

Parking was excessively expensive. Also didn’t feel like the concierge was super helpful to the person in front of me during check-in when there was a problem with their payment. The man was essentially turned away without the employee even trying to run his card again. So that left me with a bad feeling about the place even though my check-in was easy.

Nice clean rooms, it was very convenient to have a restaurant on the premises. The beds were very nice! no charge for parking either!

There was no hot water in the sink faucet at all, had to use a shower to get some hot water.

The front staff lady who was in the evening shift was terrible. She is not fit for that job

It was clean, great location, excellent restaurant on site ($$$). Free bags of nuts and snacks were elegantly placed across from the elevators for each to help oneself- these were SO delicious and avoided waste because we only took what we wanted. Very smart. The underground garage was worth the cost- it was pouring rain when we checked in! And parking in DC is expensive and hard to find (usually requiring one to move the car every couple of hours). The bus stop to Federal Triangle, near the WH is across the street, no changes— perfect! The long street is pleasant to walk. It is in a tree lined neighborhood across from the Russian Embassy and a doable drive to Sticky Fingers, probably the best vegan bakery anywhere.

This hotel is very conveniently located and parking had in and out privileges, which I appreciated since I didn't want to have to worry about having to purchase parking every time I returned to the hotel. The room was huge, and very clean.

The walls were pretty thin. I could hear a guest on the phone talking on the other side of the wall, and since we were near the elevators, we could hear every conversation being had in the lobby, clear as day. It was no issue for us during the stay because we were heavy sleepers and had quiet neighbours, but I can imagine this being a dealbreaker for some travellers. Parking was also $10 more expensive than listed on Booking.com, likely due to taxes.

The location was ideal for us as were a group of 18 travelling in two minibuses. There was off site parking for larger vehicles only five minutes walk away. A bus route directly into the city was only five minutes walk away and it was very reasonable at $3 per trip. The rooms were very spacious with two large double beds. Restaurant was a little cramped and a bit expensive- but it was DC. We ate breakfast there each day and the selection was good.Overall the hotel was ideal and I would definitely recommend it. Staff were VERY helpful.

If the restaurant prices were more reasonable,our group would have used it for more than just breakfast.

The location, employees, room, bathroom, and furnishings were very nice. The newly opened restaurant had tasty food but could use a more diverse menu. The phone concierge service was responsive and my room was quiet with a lovely tree view. Busses were very convenient.

The bed could definitely use a pillow topper and smaller, softer pillow options. Feather comforters are too warm for me so I used the comforter to sleep on as a topper and covered up with the sheets.

Great location in Glover Park … very near Georgetown and other historic sights. Very friendly staff and a nice gym in the basement. The kitchenette rooms have a decent coffee maker and a fridge which is great. Rooms are quiet if you are not facing the main street… comfy beds.

Lots of adjoining rooms where neighbours can wake you up. Water wasn’t warm enough in the showers and issues with water pressure.

I went for business and I chose the location close to the meeting I had, but it was also perfect location if you want to visit as a tourist: only 20 minutes by taxi from the center and most popular sightseeing. There are restaurants and supermarket near the hotel, it was very comfortable. The stuff is very polite and good.

Late check in. It would be better to have check in at 2 pm as most of the hotels in the world. They don’t have hot water in the lobby to make a tea, you should buy in the cafe on the 1st floor. My sheet was with the bloody spots which didn’t come out after the laundry. But they change quickly after I asked.

View from the 5th floor, quality of grill food (although selection was limited). Access to Metro line, which we used extensively instead of renting a car or Uber. Night clerk at front desk was always helpful, friendly young lady.

Daytime older female clerk wasn't very friendly or helpful. Had to have room service deliver ice - couldn't even bring it up from the front desk ourselves. Housekeeping staff spoke virtually no English and were difficult to communicate with - especially when they didn't leave clean hand towels, clean glasses, or clean coffee cups when they did their every-other-day 'cleaning'. They didn't understand our request for these items, so we had to go through the front desk and Guest Services had to deliver these things. (These guys were very responsive and friendly.)
