Perfect location along the boardwalk and across from the beach, beautiful views from the private balcony, large room with a seating area, a variety of pools, close proximity to the trolley, movie theater inside the hotel.

The water pressure in the shower was too high, felt as though it was going to rip your skin off. The elevators kept going in and out of service. The breakfast was not worth the price. The parking garage did not have enough spaces to accommodate all guests, so we had to use the overflow parking lot which was a block away, unlit, and out of sight from the hotel.

To be honest the facilities of the hotel were amazing specially for families with kids, there were 3 outdoor pools one is a lazy river, the other is a pool with two slides, and a big pool in the front. Additionally, an indoor pool with waterfalls and a lazy river and a jacuzzi. The room was clean and the room service was amazing as they come right away. The bed is comfortable. The access to the beach was so easy.

Three different pools, kids activity room and a huge movie theater! This place is perfect for families. Staff even let our family pick a movie and we had pizza while watching. Love that is right on the boardwalk and steps away from the beach. Having two lazy rivers and the water slides was a huge sell for us. Not sure what cleaning detergent they use but the hotel always smelt amazing! I also loved the endless supply of Dove hygiene products in the bathroom. Very thankful that they were able to give us an early check in as well. See you again in 2026!

Cleaners put the toilet paper on wrong. ;) That was literally it. Absolutely no other complaints.

Beach view, close walking to the beach, clean and well kept, pool nice, indoor/outdoor pool for kids, hot tub. Loved the space in our room. Loved the coffee pot, microwave and fridge being available. Loved the board walk. Loved the quiet side of the area.

No bar available for drinks. No available restaurant on site for food during the day. We don’t always want to have to leave. The breakfast buffet has limited short hours and ran out of food early. the only restaurant was in the evening is fancy. Rooms just a little outdated.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room with nice amenities. Mini-frig worked very well and there was a Keurig which we used. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. Loved the variety of pools onsite.

We had to ask housekeeping several times to get more linens for the pull-out sofa bed. Finally got them when we called the front desk. Many staff didn’t speak English and didn’t seem to understand simple requests/questions. The Splash Dolphin Restaurant near the outdoor pool has good food, but the service was extremely slow and no reason was given. Server was not friendly or apologetic.

Great location. Quiet part of the beach. Fantastic pools!!! Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and accommodating but I didn't need them for anything to be honest other than check in and out. We are repeat guests. We'll be back!

If you want to be in the thick of things, this isn't the hotel for you. It's at the top end of the boardwalk so there isn't much happening which is good and bad. You won't have to fight for beach space but you will have to walk several blocks to get an ice cream. There is a trolly stop right across the street though so you can easily jump on and take it down to where the action is.

Our favorite thing about this hotel is the location. It is towards the end of the row of hotels and so it wasn't as crowded on the beach. Plus, there is a great variety of pools on the property. The inside lazy river is amazing. This was our second time coming to the hotel and we will likely use this hotel again when we come back.

There wasn't much. The only issue we had is one of the days we were there,, there was a strong thunderstorm. We got caught out in the rain and when we ran back to the hotel, the sliding door to let us in did not open. The valet staff was right there - we banged on the door to be let in and he never turned around. Another staff person heard us banging and came to let us in. The valet was an absolute jerk and I did not appreciate being left in the rain. Also, the restaurant in the hotel, the Square Whale, never has what is listed on the menu. They are always out of multiple items. It is impossible to get a meal there.

Location & amenities. The breakfast staff had the best customer service. They were so professional and made sure we had everything needed. The last morning we made sure to give give them an extra tip because they were so amazing.

I love the property and have no complaints regarding the property. Excellent location for us. Upon arrival the young lady checking us in was not the friendliest. But the other front desk clerks made up for it. They were very friendly & courteous. We also had an incident where housekeeping entered the room when we had the do not disturb sign on the door and they also left the door partially opened. But, nothing was taken, whomever entered just changed the trash & refreshed the towels. A little disappointed that management never reached out to apologize or address the issue.

Breakfast was great, the staff were so nice and helpful! Location was excellent and the pools were fabulous. Would love to see an outdoor hot tub as well, but the indoor one was good size. Overall we loved it and had a great vacation!

Housekeeping was a hit or miss....a card to tell them it's good to clean would help! We only seemed to have one that said no right now and if you put it out they never came back!!! The hot tub could have been cleaner.
