We spent a few days skiing with our kids and enjoyed a lot staying at the Deerfield Valley Inn, it is quiet, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, many restaurants and shops around and a few minutes away from the ski lifts. The owner Oz is very friendly, helpful and makes you feel at home. We will definitely stay there again for our next trip to Mount Snow!

Located on the main street of West Dover, good location to go to several trails as well as the ski The owner is extremely nice and cooperative, and was flexible with us to move one of the 3 days (based on availability) He also let us use the shared kitchen and refrigerator The hotel is cozy and hospitable Basic breakfast but highly invested

Room is a bit small, as well as bathroom Not too many power outlets which are hard to find (these days we are all looking for power to charge our phones, cameras, sit with laptop, etc...)

The location next to Mount Snow was brilliant. The room was more than adequate and had everything one could need with attention to detail. The shared living room was a bonus treat and the fires Oz made every day were fabulous. Oz was an amazing host. Such a warm welcome and we felt like family. The fact that we caught the leaves at their peak made the experience magical.

these are not reasons to not go, but would improve the facility in my opinion. 1) not one usb outlet in the room 2) nowhere could I find the wi-fi password in the room, so I had to go downstairs and fortunately the gentlemen was there 3) I may not be the most tech savvy person on the planet. but I am reasonably ok! for the life of me I could not figure out how to watch TV! the ROKU remote was impossible for me, and the other remote did nothing I could figure out! I WOULD re visit this place, but some simple updates could help improve the experience.

Very cozy, beautiful old house. Comfortable bed and temperature. Common spaces are really nice as well. Very helpful and professional owner.

It is such a beautiful place that it should offer breakfast to better enjoy the atmosphere. I did not see the option on booking nor in place. The owner offered us a nice coffee and chat, though!

Would Nice to have real homemade breakfast included when staying in an historic inn. Need room darkening shade on East windows. Summer sun is like having a flood light wake you at too early sunrise😳

Deerfield Valley Inn is exceptional and is everything you would expect from a Vermont vacation. A beautiful red house by the side of a snowy road with cozy stone fireplaces and a super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this place !

Spacious suite with two bedrooms upstairs, and a private living room downstairs. Very quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable. The owner Oz is very friendly and accommodating. A few minutes' drive from Mt. Snow ski area.

Pillows are too high. Breakfast was not included.

1) Sofa bed already had sheets and blanket (I only had to unfold it) 2) Roku television allowed pausing of programs 3) Fireplace in-room 4) Extremely quiet location 5) Extra blankets provided on request 6) Manager made sure room was dry before arrival on a rainy night 7) On nonbusy nights and mornings, the hotel manager is helpful with soliciting and providing beverages 8) Manager upgraded room and provided bottled water (because there were no other guests that evening)

A) Didn't seem to have hair dryer in bathroom B) Seemed to lack iron & ironing board

Great place to stay when skiing anywhere in Vermont. Mount snow is 5 mins away and the others aren’t far (45 mins or so). Host was great and gave us recommendations on where to go. Would definitely come back here again!
