The front desk staff went the extra mile to get us a room after Booking.com, who took our payment for the room back on Jan 20, refused to send Hampton Inn the necessary transaction to pay for the booking prior to out arrival.

Booking.com's call centre staff acted with horrible incompetence. How is it possible that their call centre staff, who are supposed to act as the client's travel agency, do not understand, or want to understand, the necessary transaction to pay for a room?? The transaction has to come through Hilton's booking system - and there should have been a Hampton Inn confirmation number on Booking.com's files. The fix should have been simple: instead we had to endure 2 hours on the phone with the call centre in Singapore, while they denied failure on their part. And tried to send an email to patch it up.

Location was great, right off the highway but still very quiet. Check in staff was very helpful and pleasant. We travel with our dog and they were very accommodating. Many other dogs (but not too many) were also at the hotel. Great green space around the hotel for walking and pee break. Wonderful park with lots of green space just a mile down the road. My husband is a smoker and they had a gazebo where he could sit, in the shade, and have his smoke but be away from entrances. Was a thoughtful addition.

Breakfast wasn't great. They offered fresh fruit which was a nice plus except it didn't taste that great. Coffee was pretty weak. Someone else complained about the noise. The doors don't have springs on them so they slam when you shut them. We had AC on so noise wasn't a problem. However, without the fan on the sound of doors shutting would have been irritating.

The front desk gentleman was efficient and friendly, which really helped because there was quite a crowd checking in. I requested a handicap accessible room and they were able to accommodate me. The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Noise was never an issue. The hot breakfast was fine and everything was well stocked.

Everyone was very friendly and the place was immaculate. It was easy to find and very comfortable.

I would have loved some healthier alternatives in the little snack store, such as dark chocolate, protein bars, baked chips, lean cuisines...

Friendly staff, Clean, Great Breakfast, Hotel up to date. Loved everything and it didn't even compare to everywhere else we stayed for the price.

Just the bed could have been a little more comfortable, but everything else was exceptional.

All that I answered on the previous screen - check in, breakfast, cleanliness, all was great.

I assumed I got fresh towels daily and garbage would be emptied. And I never could get the wifi to work. Not a deal breaker for me, but frustrating when I thought it was available.

Loved the setup, loved that soaps and shampoo etc were in large easily accessible containers. Nice hotel, great location, great staff

The shower had only 2settings, hot to extreme hot. Could not take a shower. Meant to share that. I think it was room 320. But definitely the 3rd level

Most comfortable beds! Brand new and clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The doors are extremely loud when closing. People arriving late with the doors slamming interrupted our sleep a few times.

Jeromiah on the front desk was very friendly & welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional with scrambled eggs, maple sausage slices & potato cubes as well as the other usual choices. Clean room, comfortable bed. Great stay.

Check-in was very fast. They contracted me after we got to the room asking if everything's was okay. Bed very comfortable.

Curtain on the window did not block the light from the parking lot outside.
