The location was very nice!! Was convenient and affordable for the nutcracker and restaurant we ate at. It was even close to my grandfather so we were able to go see him.

The breakfast was good but I would’ve loved if it had meat. And one of the employees misinformed us about the late checkout times and so we thought we could stay longer. Ended up having to quickly pack up and check out earlier than expected after we were told the next morning that we actually could not stay later than 1. But now we know. Thankfully we’d already tidied up the room so we just had to pack and check out, wasn’t too big a deal.

I like the atmosphere, it was friendly and easy to communicate with. The rooms were huge, clean, and lovely. The tvs were adaptable (able to connect my phone and other devices and stream). The shower was spacious. The kitchen area was a decent size. The bed was comfortable. I loved the room.

I didn’t like the rush the staff has when it come to check out time. (Its not just this hotel but its most of them.) I understand that there was a late check out option but if somebody isnt ready at a certain time atleast ask them instead of rushing them. But in my case i had woke up late but early enough for me to be checked out at 11 but my room key wasn’t working for me to go back and retrieve my belongings. And the cleaning staff was rushing us to leave the room instead of just coming back when we leave because we were just packing up.

Staff is very kind..Breakfast was awesome... sandwiches, eggs, waffles, bagels, etc. The hotel is quiet and restful. They have security so it's generally safe. Pool was refreshing. Parking is well lit and convenient. A new hotel, so it's very updated, although they are working through supply chain issues with snacks, shampoo, soap, etc.not a huge deal.

I booked a king suite and the bed was a double bed. There was no TV in the bedroom, only in the living room. I'd say it's generally clean but not spotless. Towels were refreshed. Shower bottles in the shower were off the wall. Obviously they need extra help with maintaining, supply's in the bathroom and more snacks in the lobby. Little stuff that can be overlooked but important to some travelers. The staff makes up for the shortfalls.

The property was very clean and nice I love how the little store part where you can buy snacks was fully stocked and neat and everything was reasonable ! I love how in the one bedroom suite each room had its own thermostat which made it even better & the space in the rooms was the best !!

The water pressure was amazing in the shower! Real pick me up after a long day! PLUS, the staff at the front desk was superb!!! Breakfast was great, and everything was clean. The ladies at breakfast were super attentive, making sure everything was refilled and fresh.

I like how quiet the location is and the complimentary parking and breakfast.

The staff is never at the desk. When i checked in she didn’t give me any information about the extra deposit that’s held on my card and seemed like she was in a rush when talking to me. Also the tvs don’t work.

Very comfortable beds and nice hotel. The heating was working perfectly, and the room was quiet.

Could add more cutlery in the room. We struggle cutting a watermelon with a small knife, and breakfast could be improved, but it is nothing serious to stop us from coming again.

Jonathan at the front desk was the best! The room and property was very clean and breakfast was good. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for comfort at a great value.

The television in the bedroom did not work, but little things like that are unavoidable.

Loved how spacious it was and that it came with large restroom,closet and kitchen if needed. Place was really quiet as well. Breakfast was good as well with good options. Love that check in is at 3 and check out at 12. Those extra hours help.

Could not find the ice bucket to get ice.
