Location was perfect for our stay. The shuttle was quick and got us to several destinations on our list. The staff was friendly and helped us with places to see and eat.

The breakfast was just ok. Eggs were watered down, waffles had chunks of sugar. We ended up eating out after our first day. Hours were good though.

Finest bathroom I've seen in a hotel in a while, even if it was a little small. Full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner were attached to the wall, towels were clean, tissues were decent. Evan at the front desk was professional, polite and helpful. Morning front desk also friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great options.

We had a pullout sleeper sofa, but my teen just slept on the sofa part. All that was provided was a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a pillow, so she used the blanket off our bed, my other kids used their sheet and their blanket, so everyone was comfortable. We were frustrated at first about paid parking, but it was validated for us so it worked out just fine. The gate wouldn't let us out but the front desk could control it, so that was okay too.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Location convenient to the medical center. Clean. Nice to have a living space separate from the bedroom - no door in between the two rooms but they are separated by kitchen area/bathroom so some privacy. Decent hot breakfast included. Plenty of parking (but had to pay for it).

Pool was basic with 6-8 lounge chairs but only 1 side table. Water was greenish. They sent a maintenance guy right away when I questioned the water, and he said it needed chemicals (but if he treated it, we wouldn't be able to use it for several hours) but assured me it was safe to go in. I did with no ill effects. Bed/pillows were okay but not super comfortable, and water pressure in shower almost blew me against the wall - LOL.

Booking .com didn’t send over the information for my reservation so I spent about 20 minutes of them trying to charge me regular price for the rooms. Thankful the General Manager was there and was able to see that I had book so the gave me the rate that I book Ed through booking. Com. More than likely will not be using booking.com anymore. This was embarrassing to say the least.

Very clean and comfortable. During our first night our room's air conditioner was making a loud, metallic noise so we mentioned it to the front desk at breakfast. When we returned to the hotel the same afternoon, they had installed a brand new unit! We were amazed and grateful. We were in Houston for medical reasons, so things like this really matter. The breakfast buffet is also excellent and the hotel even provides guests with The Wall Street Journal. What a great way to start the day!

The facility was very clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating. We had to relocate here in the middle of the night and were very lucky to find this place. The room was more than enough space for 2 adults and 3 children. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. We were all very happy.

The only thing I can think of is having to pay to park, although, the machine was having issues so we were let through without having to pay. The idea of having to pay at a hotel that you’re already paying for seemed strange, but this is me trying to find something as a con. This place was seriously great. I will definitely be using this hotel again.

Loved my stay, the staff was really nice and I loved that “private” feeling, they had people at the entrance gate and only 2 entrances which after a certain hour you needed a key card to enter. The ONLY thing that was kind of a bummer was our bathroom, it was a bit small nothing to uncomfortable BUT the water pooled at the bottom of the tub 😬 They didn’t have a curfew on the pool so another plus. And the breakfast was from 7-10 (most hotels wrap it up sooner) Parking is free if you have your key card other than that its $7 I believe which is not bad. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very spacious :)

When showering, the water at the tub wouldn’t drain fast enough. It was just pooling there, honestly it did feel very unhygienic since you’re washing off your dirt you know but if they fixed that issue it would be a solid 10 for me .

As we walked in we were greeted by Mary the receptionist she was awsome. She made us feel welcomed asked us if we were in Houston for medical reasons which we were and she helped us out with our stay. Breakfast, beds and Room size were awsome.

The only issue we bumped into was the elevator one of them was not working. So we had to wait extra for the one that was working.

The breakfast was the greatest value. The staff there were also the best part. They really made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and the amenities were good. Our location was quiet. I liked the separation of the room and how it was laid out. I also liked the shampoo/bath soaps installed in the shower. Pleased with gated entrance. Very reasonable price. We would stay again.

The online photos made the facilities look really polished. I expected it to look newer, but it really didn't look bad at all. It was very clean. My suggestion, if asked, would be to change our the fabric couches for a leather type to look cleaner. More TV channels. I didn't trust logging in on open wi-fi for streaming and I was unsure if that was additional cost. Too tired to ask and we were not there for sitting in front of a TV anyway. :)

The size of room was great. We could move and not be on top of each other. Breakfast was a vast variety. Liked the shower toiletries in the tub were name brand.

Hallway carpet was a little musty smelling but we did stay on a very rainy day.
