Plenty of parking, convenient location, clean comfortable room. Walk in shower was very nice. I appreciated that the property wasn’t overly deodorized, it had a pleasant scent without assaulting your nose. Some properties are so overkill on the fragrance in the lobby and hallways. Many restaurant choices nearby, including Starbucks!

I was disappointed in the coffee set up in the room. Very cheap, basic and tiny, with low quality coffee bags (like a tea bag). Not worth even using. Unfortunately and weirdly, the lobby coffee with the breakfast set up, they don’t offer decaf. But two kinds of regular? The only hotel I’ve stayed at that didn’t offer that.

Love the smell as you walk into the lobby. I was surprised it smell really nice.The room was clean and I like that you provided a big bottle Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash ready to be used. I like the hot breakfast, it was filling. All the staff was super nice and reassuring me with details about how payments are process and they got my trust when I paid cash for the deposit.

Only issue I had was not getting enough towels for the 3 of us and the maid didn't come fix the bed or take out trash daily. We will bring extra towels next time we come back.

Breakfast had a little of every kind of option. It was a nice balance and it was great that the hours extended until 9:30am (a very reasonable time to get up). I enjoyed the eggs and sausage. My husband liked the variety of coffee plus mix-ins. Worth getting up for and a good way to start the day. Staff were very nice. We used the "do not disturb" sign, so after a day or so, we had some trash that needed to be taken out. I took it outside the room to the cleaning staff, who were very kind and helpful.

The only thing I would have changed was the provided/complimentary shampoo and conditioners. They were in a full-size bottle in the shower (not a problem) but my hair got really frizzy after using them, so I probably should have brought my own special ones. But they worked in a pinch for a few days and they smelled so nice (Dove brand).

Simple,. yet clean and good accomodation. Excellent value for money. Top polite and helpful/supporting staff. Extra plus for Manesh at service desk. Position on beltway 8 is a good compromise for different destinations between IAH and downtown plus western part of Houston if I had a wish I would like to see a little more variation on breakfast. (some more fruits, fried eggs.....)

The breakfast options were quite varied, not just limited to items like toast, muffins, and biscuits, along with milk and coffee. Overall, it was much better than the so-called continental breakfasts of the past, and I found it satisfactory. The accommodation was nearly a 30-minute drive from the city center. Since we were traveling by car and had no particular desire to stay downtown, I found the location of this hotel to be acceptable.

There's nothing particularly to criticize, just that the sound of the air conditioning is a bit annoying.

Great location and easy access to highway. The place is nicely kept and staff is always friendly. This was the 3rd time staying here and will be back. Mostly everything in my room was clean, besides shower head. It seemed to have some mold growing on it. And the lower curtain at window was torn. Otherwise great place, beds are comfy, Ac works very well and breakfast is decent.

This place is very well kept! It dripped of clean aromas. Whoever cleans this hotel did an amazing job. Now the BREAKFAST! Bless it. You can taste that it’s made with love. I had a brief moment with the cook as she was restocking and her spirit is so loving. The food was great. The room was very clean and spacious. Our room had a nice view of the parking lot so we were able to see our cars. Will definitely book again!

The only thing I can say about this property is that I wish the drain in the shower was further away from where you stand.

Staff and location very good, I would stay here again just because of that. The hotel itself, Lobby is great very open and airy. The breakfast is the best part, great place to Relax at the lobby with snacks available for purchase.

The towels can use some replacing, with stains, didn't like that part. Bed is average comfort. The Lobby is great and the location is perfect with fast food and other places around, walking distance.

Customer service was exceptional. Breakfast was hot and good. Not a huge selection but good nonetheless. Rooms clean. Smell awesome. Bathrooms bright and clean. Carpets clean. Great area, varies eateries ( Starbucks, Wahataburger, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Etc)

That I had to leave. And there was no decaffeinated coffee on hand.

The breakfast was the only thing I didn’t care for about this hotel. Didn’t have a big option. Also they don’t have power back up if the power go out. Our last two day there was a tropical storm and the power got knocked out.
