Great place to stay. Employees were friendly, and the place was clean. The people who left a strong impression on me were Mike,Vernon, and Chaundra. I want to commend them for their excellent customer service. They took care of all my needs and made my stay very comfortable. When I extended my stay there on a number of oocassions, Mike allowed me to come down to process the extension at my convenience when another employee, consistently, on 2 occasions would not. I appreciate him tremendously for that. He obviously went above and beyond to take Care of me. Gabriel.

A lady kept on insisting I come down to confirm my online extension by 12pm, even when I told her I came in late that morning from somewhere and needed some few more hrs of sleep. Especially since another employee had allowed me to come down later on my previous extension. Very disappointing!

Room was big and comfortable. Comfy beds like in all Hiltons. Kitchenette was useful to prep quick meals. Nice decoration , friendly staff. Good to have a shop for buying frozen pizza or water

Breakfast was basic not much variety. Housekeeping only made our room one time in 5 days so I had to be asking for toilet paper. For cooking I had to ask for stove at the reception and bring it to the room in an awkward bag with the skillet cause my daughter wanted fried eggs. It would be better to have it at your room and not have to be carrying it to the room

We liked the layout of the king room. It was fairly new with lots of space to work and relax. Hotel is located near a lot of good Asian restaurants and stores. When AT&T shut down, we couldn't use Google Maps on our phones, so the front desk gal helped us out and printed out driving directions to the Space Center Houston. We would have been lost without the printed directions.

We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 pm and they were going to charge us $25.00 for an early check-in time (before 3:00 pm) but then later changed their minds and we checked-in without the additional charge.

I liked the spaciousness of the suite. Very large screen TVs were a plus. The room seemed quite sound proof as well.

Reviews had said the breakfast was very good, so I thought I would try this hotel. I thought the breakfast was decent, and better than most. It lacked a selection of fruit though. Best I've encountered in Houston to date.

Nice hotel, was clean and spacious. Staff was attentive.

Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were ironed flat. The AC was set to 71 which was perfect but I felt in the middle of the night the ac cuts off. I woke up in a sweat and had to drop it to 67 to feel cool. I’ve never had an AC so low.

The location is great. Very nice area. The front staff are always friendly and helpful.

The beds could be softer. The breakfast is minimal. It was hot, but not a lot of selection. I realize it's the new thing to have the tv close to one bed, not the center of the room, but it's difficult to hear if you're in the second bed.

The breakfast was quite good, and the location was very accessible. It was easy to commute to any where I was going.

Maybe, if the hotel takes up the responsibility of organizing in-house dining for lunch and dinner or makes proper arrangement for guests to have food supply from great restaurants .

The customer service on the night we arrived was great. Very nice people checked us in and we headed our way with in minutes of arriving. The room was as described and the size was as agreed on the app. We sleeped well. Great breakfast service, very kind lady whom we spoke and she was all smiles (Thank you lady). Hotel is close to a bunch of consulates and is pretty safe.

There weren't any sheets for the couch. We pulled the bed but couldn't find them, so we had to go and ask for them to reception. Not a big deal. No dish soap available in the room to wash dishes (sorry, we didn't wash them on our way out, but there was none). Just one bar of soap for the whole family. We always bring some, but I think it should be provided. Cause trust me one little bar of soap does nothing and lasts maybe one or two washes.

I was very happy with our room. Very clean and almost a full kitchen. Especially with a baby. It was perfect. And we really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were very nice. Also loved the location. Close to all the eateries. Very pleasant. Only

Only one thing. The kleenex dispenser wasnt full but one of the cleaning staff took care of that.

I like Vinny, who helped us when my room TV did not have access to the internet. He was very prompt and fixed my issue once he was made aware. I wanted to watch my Netflix.
