The location was terrific - close to a mall and major restaurants, quick Uber to really anywhere we needed to go. The room was comfortable, beds and pillows exceeded my expectations. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was more than continental which surprised me.
There was no hair conditioner in my room, but my colleague in the room next to me indicated she had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Since it was mounted on the wall and not the disposable kind - I was surprised that the rooms weren't consistent. I did not call down - which I should have as I am certain it would have been corrected.

Breakfast was ok. The last day I was there I noticed a lot of pets on the 6 th floor and a bad smell. Only the one day
You should put all pets on the same floor and ask guests are they allergic before assigning them to a room on that floor

It was close to everything. We liked that there was breakfast, coffee, & a bar inside. The parking garage was nice and we liked that you needed the card to enter everywhere. Made you feel very safe
My only complaint was there was a family with a bunch of rowdy kids that was always very noisey while we were trying to eat. That’s not really the hotels fault .

The room and entire facility was super clean. Grandpa and the grandkids loved the indoor pool and they even had a Pelaton machine in the fitness room! The breakfast food was some of the best we have had in our travels and the breakfast hosts were fantastic!!!
Never like having to pay extra to park, but know that happens with a lot of downtown hotels.

The location is great and quite. I wish they should have the small stove or cooking top. Beside that everything is perfect
I dont like the A/C or heat cuz the noise is so loud when ur turn it on.

Extremely beautiful balcony view, which is a rare find in the downtown of Houston at this price. Cleanliness and interior design are the cherries on the top.

EVERYTHING!!!!! Was great from the coming in the doors to leaving out, parking was good travel to surrounding areas was great walking distance to stores

Balcony was great . I love the location . The price was just expensive than other hotels with balconies and full kitchen like the double tree .
It was to expensive for competitive hotels with balconies within the area with full kitchens and valet parking .
