Great breakfast and reasonably priced. great morning crew. Rooms had everything we needed. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Receptionist was very personable and helpful.

The shampoo dispenser was missing its squirting pump and couldn't get any shampoo out of the bottle. The Hotel was completely full and there wasn't a lot of hot water at 10:00. I took a shower earlier the next morning and it was great. I am a lighting designer and I do not like cool white lighting in sleeping quarters. Maybe at the desk and maybe at the front door, but nowhere else. It messes with one's circadian rhythm and tells your brain that it is daytime. It also is not warm and inviting.

My stay was a good one. The rooms were very clean, the front desk staff were pleasant. The only reason I didn't put 10/10 is because I did request a room to meet my needs. I have a herniated disc and requested a room on the first floor but instead was given a room at the far end of the hallway on the 3rd floor. Not going to lie, that sucked .. but I was so exhausted when I arrived I didn't have it in me to fight it.. I know that room availability is always hard when there are events going on, but I did have a friend that came with us and he ended up getting a room that was on the second floor so I can only imagine that there were rooms lower. I believe someone else checked in before us too and got a room on the first floor. My only suggestion would be to be more mindful of the notes that customers put in the system, they are important. The bed was very comfortable thought thank you.

Brianna at the front desk was very helpful and friendly!! The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, lots of choice! Free parking on the premises was essential! Overall the perfect place to stop for a day's visit to the Stockyards, 10 min away by car.

There is a single thing I didn’t like about the property besides a late check-in I’d rather check in before 4 PM but other than that I would what to go back there every weekend if I could.

Breakfast was good.

I was surprised when I had to pay for the breakfast when everywhere else it's free. I didn't want to leave the hotel but for that reason I had to go and pay for what I wanted.

It was convenient to everywhere we needed to go, all of the staff was super friendly and so accommodating. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve experienced - it is made to order off of a menu. When I made the reservation, I saw it was free breakfast so make sure you have it included in your stay or you will pay for everything.

Staff was really nice and helpful

The facility was a bit dated . The bathroom door was jamming and was hard to open and close and was about a foot opened at the bottom of the door no privacy all smells and potty noise could be heard in the entire room. Upstairs smells of a older structure.

The chef/cook was the most pleasant and personable person there. He was super friendly, kind, and a great all around guy to have representing the hotel. He seemed to enjoy his job and was happy to be there to assist the patrons.

Nothing really, but the few homeless people on the property behind adjacent to the hotel was a bit bothersome.

The staff was friendly and always smiled. The room was clean and comfortable. There was always a luggage cart available when we needed it. The grounds were pretty with green, well manicured grass and plants. Parking lot was well lit. I felt safe. Convenient location to where we were going. Outdoor pool was cool and calming.

We could hear neighbors through the door to adjoining room.

Fantastic made-to-order breakfast was included in our rate. Make sure you check this before you book otherwise breakfast is not included and was pricey. Two pools--one indoor and one outdoor.

The door to our room was tight and hard to open all the way.
