Room was not clean and the elevator occasionally worked and there was just coffee for the included breakfast. Staff was nice though. Oh and vending machine kept taking money from my card even after I didn't receive the product in the machine.

Location and price and the hospitality of the front desk ladies and also the Spanish lady in housekeeping. So sweet.

Their breakfast, the fact the elevator didn't work, ac can use freon possibly but it was cool enough for my family. The carpets could use a good cleaning especially since you allow pets.

The location

My room it was horrible the furniture was busted and the door didn't close properly. The phone in the room was not working because it wasn't connected. The iron board was dirty along with the desk chair with stains. I checked out the next day. I felt very unsafe there the shower curtain rod was beyond rusted. I was in town from Dallas ga. I didn't want to invite my family to my room. Because of how the door and the room looked.

The staff was great. The lady who checked me in was really nice. The room was clean but a little pungent, I didn't complain tho. I would and am still staying here for the time being.

The pungent smell of the room once I first walked, but didn't want to make a big fuss. The parking is free, but folks can't park. Lol all around the facility wasn't petrifying.

Location was great and loved the atmosphere. Laid back and friendly.

Couldn't find an ice machine and had no idea kitchen items were supplied at the front desk. Would have liked a chance in bedding at some point, but managed without.

The hotel has fleas or something. I kept getting bit at the ankles. Also the washing machines were kinda flakey

The host was very accommodating and conscious of my needs. So much that she offered to switch my room after the first night.

My room upon check in had mold and no refrigerator in my suite.

Check in was super easy, super friendly front desk person at 10ish at night! I did like the big room. The other quests were quiet. The parking was lot clean, security was awesome because you had to enter thru the lobby. Area was great, was close to College easy to access

Not enough hot water, if you took a shower at night there was not a lot of hot water, it was luke warm at best. I got up early just to make sure I would get a hot shower, tub dripped. The lamps did not work next to the bed on either side. I walked by the front desk several times and no one was around to say something too.

Ms.Rachel was so helpful well all of them are adiment but ms.rachel was really nice and helpful for me n my kids n family
