Great setting in the Arts District, very quiet, and free secure parking, wasn't able to check in early, but was offered the use of reception area (very comfy), Wi-Fi and free coffee. Rooms very spacious and comfy, poolside area very relaxed. You can walk across to downtown Dallas in about 45 mins (10 in an Uber), walk is great as you get to to see the Dallas skyline, but there are also good restaurants close by, plus a gas station too.

Location was great, parking was easy, security was good, decor was nice, pool was perfect size and well-kept. I appreciated the size and uniqueness of the room and the overall size of the hotel. Tv was nice, shower was a good size, bathroom had plenty of space to place all your items, and I loved the digital thermostat. WiFi worked with no issues.I heard next to no noise in the building (rooms appear to be cinder block walls in places). The contactless was much easier to navigate than I anticipated. It was easy to reach staff after hours when I had a need.

Towels were way too thin, more hooks needed in the bathroom, more hangars in the closest. A full length mirror would have been nice and also a chair for the desk. The reading lamps that hung over the bed got VERY hot to the touch and I walked away with a quick burn on my arm. Ouch! A dish for the bar of hand soap would be great so it doesn’t run all over the sink.

I loved that all the rooms had a theme and it was comfy and cozy. It looked just like the photos! Also the parking area was gated which made us feel safe!

I was a little sad to not have any staff on the grounds in case we needed more towels or to see if someone would clean the pool. There were party cups and lots of bugs in the pool! Also there are no mini fridges or microwaves in the suite I stayed in those are only available in the common area but the fridge wasn't big enough for guests to share. Better bet to just order food or go eat out! Also also our beds support beams were hanging on by a thread!

This is our second time staying here. While the hands off approach at the location may not appeal to some, we actually found it to be rather pleasant. The communications regarding access to the parking lot, hotel entrance and our room were pretty straight forward. The “Paris” room was lovely, spacious and elegantly decorated. We were kind of sad we only stayed one evening this time.

We were not able to connect to WiFi in our room. The only option that showed up was the lobby, which we did try but did not connect. This was not a huge deal at all for the one night stay.

The place is amazing for the value it has. I strongly recommend anyone wanting to spend only a couple of days in Dallas to go here, specially if you intend to visit downtown. The price range vs what is offered is amazing (specially since you have gated parking), the staff is great, and something that is not informed (and I honestly think it should) is that no more than 2 block away there's a streetcar stop that takes you downtown for free every 20 min. Strongly recommended for those looking for a place to stay while visiting downtown

Nothing at all, I have no complains honestly. Just for the hotel's staff, my recommendation is that you add the streetcar stop as part of the description of the hotel, and inform the guests of it, so those that are not aware of it can use it.

Easy to locate, didn’t have to wait to check in or out, it was all self service through keypad codes. The room was modern and had all I needed. I loved the heated toilet seat. Tea and coffee with hot & cold water dispenser are available all night. Very safe as all gates are locked and only people with codes can get in plus it has very close proximity to downtown Dallas either walking or using transportation.

I arrived late and left early, so I can’t say there’s anything thing I didn’t like at that short period.

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful—in my short trip, staff went out of their way multiple times to assist me. The room was pretty and a really great value, particularly for the location.

I felt that there were subtle signs that my room could have been just slightly cleaner—there was a little dried dirt in my bedding, the small couch in my room had some light staining, as did the rug. But these were mostly cosmetic issues, and nothing that affected my stay or inconvenienced me.

I want to start off by saying that it was a very secluded location so that was perfect. When we walked into the room it was beyond beautiful. Very artsy. We had a minor inconvenience that was handled quickly and smoothly, due to that we were upgraded to a bigger room. Both my husband and I were more than satisfied with everything in the hotel room. We will definitely be returning.

There was nothing we did not like.

This property is amazing. Quick, easy access, private and safe; note too far from highway. I was really reserved about staying somewhere outside of the hotel industry. The Bishop Arts did not disappoint. This establishment was very well thought out down to every detail. We only needed somewhere to sleep for the night. We will definitely be back to spend more time enjoying this property.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Very clean and the decor was very interesting but fun and cute. I really liked how everything was contactless and you only needed your pin to enter and leave the property/room. I feel this made the check in/out process faster

The pool was green… so we couldn’t get in the pool and that sucked
