The staff was awesome, the food hot and fresh. The beds to me were too small for 2 persons, and the rooms are smaller then what they look. Another thing I thought it didn't make sense is that you get charged $10 every single day for parking, which to me seemed kind of ridiculous. Why get charged for parking when you are paying for your stay I stayed there 4 nights and got charged $40 dollars for parking

The beds were too small they seemed to be twin xl beds and not even a full-size bed & the parking fee even when you are a paying customer for your stay at the hotel.

Pretty good hotel for a one night stay. Location wise, it is a bit off from city center, but since we have a car (and indeed did not have plan to visit city center) so it is totally fine. However, there are quite a number of restaurants, and even a walmart close to the hotel (20 mins walk). The breakfast is continental, with decent choices such as sandwiches, breads, beef patty, scramble egg and plenty of drinks. We also love the fact that gym is open 24 hours. We could go there anytime! Also there is a small pool for the kiddos to play around.

The room was a bit smaller than expectation, but since it is a one night stay so it is totally fine.

Well unfortunately the first room , I had the toilet wasn't working it didn't flush, I went downstairs to tell them, but they didn't have anyone to come fix because no one showed. So I tolerated it for the night. Got up that morning had to go to use it, so I went to remind them it wasn't working. So they said they would send someone. Ok so I went to wait and eat breakfast at 7 to give them time. When I finished eating I checked back to see if it had been fixed. Unfortunately, no. I went back to my room until that Saturday evening then I went back to ask about it again and they decided to give me another room.

Everything was excellent!!! The hospitality was top notch! The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The location was in close proximity to many eateries and the Galleria! The office was affordable. The breakfast was great and it seems much thought was put into how things are ran. I can't say enough about the kind nature and accomodations that were given to my sister and I. I will definitely return (for just a quick getaway w/ my spouse) and will most certainly recommend to others!

The woman who greated us as we arrived was so helpful and sweet. I didn't catch her name, but she truly made us fell welcome & added to a memorable eclipse birthday.

I enjoyed the breakfast, but I was expecting to be able to make myself waffles as other SpringHill locations I have stayed at had waffle makers. Overall the food that was provided was just enough to start my day.

It was our second stay in the same week. We came back although we had cheaper options since we loved the first stay. Breakfast gives you an excellent start of the day. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean.

You need to be aware that getting to downtown Dallas requires using Uber / Lyft or a taxi, and does take 20-30 minutes.

We visited for the Eclipse - probably the busiest weekend for the hotel - it was a bit hectic and clearly the hotel was overwhelmed but everyone was helpful and courteous. I was glad we booked a hotel with a pool.

Our room missed a service on one of the days but they gave us towels which is what we needed

Very clean, nice stuff and good location.

Breakfast was advertised as buffet but was only continental and boring. Additional parking fees (really?) and no room service (cleaner).

Really great breakfast. Great vibes! The pool was open, clean and had cute little lights. It is walking distance from SO many cool places. I ate SO MUCH yummy food while I stayed here and I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay another night.

There’s not much I didn’t like. It had everything you need.

Easy to get where I needed to go. All things worked in the gym (a rarity for some chain hotels). Comfy bed. Free parking. Interesting room layout. Quiet! I didn't hear a peep through the walls or from outside.

Cleanliness - a leftover pube in the bathtub was not a great welcome gift. Bulky wine/beer machine in the front didn't work--would have been neat. Gym didn't have much in the way of accouterments (like balance balls) but not a huge deal.
