Front desk agent was so nice and polite. The room was amazing!! It was far better than i expected. It was so clean, they had amazing amenities, updated appliances and fixtures and the bed was so comfy with an amazing fluffy comforter. One of the best places ive ever been!

I hate they charge double for the double beds vs queen. Also they dont accept ANY prepaid cards or online bank cards. Aside from that... absolutely nothing.

I had booked a room online for a discounted rate. when I arrived, Sonesta's computer was being updated and the clerk was not able to book me in at that moment. She was nice enough to find me a room and, as she stated, the update can take several hours. So she took my info and made a copy and we both agreed that she'll call me when it's time to run the transaction., regardless of the hour. I never heard the phone ring, however, at 8am I checked messages. She had left a message that she had run my account, but it was $20+ more than what I had originally booked the room for. So I spoke to the clerk on duty, and, she stated that I came in too early and then don't do early check in so I was charged normal fees. I explained to her the system was being updated and if it weren't, then I could've made a decision whether to stay and be charged full fee or come back at normalcheck in. She didn't care and charged me anyways.

They should have honored my online booking. Especially since the system was down and I had repeatedly told asked the clerk if ahe wanted to look at it on my phone.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here at this location from start to finish and the rooms were very clean and felt like home away from home and the best part was that you can wash laundry for free 10 out of 10 for sure.

The deposit I had to repay for extending my stay was a burden. I feel if I have already paid a deposit once the first time I checked in why should I have to again just for extending my stay.

I want my security deposit back they say it will come back on my card in ten business days still waiting!!

they as for deposit then you check out and they do not return your money to your cared in expected amount of days

Quiet, peaceful, pet and family friendly! The hotel smells so good! Some extended stays smell bad after a while but not this one. They’re very accommodating. You have fast food and Walmart nearby. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful. I love that it feels like home.

The surroundings- walking path with with lots of tree or tree-shades on both sides of the walkway. Quiet surroundings, easy access to car park or uber/ lyft. Hotel staffs -reception to cleaning, were good too. As a bonus the hotel has well-maintained in-room cooking facility, that we had utilized.

None that we could find in our short stay.

It is a wonderful suite and met all my needs. The wifi was adequate and allowed me to accomplish my work related task with ease The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful

The facilities were a little unclean. My room had a funny odor in like a lingering body odor. The service desk was helpful but frequently slow to respond.

Everything was absolutely excellent, room was clean and very spacious. Staff was very helpful, we had a slight hiccup at check-in but was resolved quickly.

Clean, comfortable room, great bed , big tv. Room well equipped. Very polite and nice stuff. Laundry room downstairs. The smell of the facility is enchanted. Defenetly will book again.

The homey environment and good people there when staff was needed they were there if not they were kind but professional

Stinky stairs, Maintenance and housekeeping didn’t have a lot of supplies, and parking lot security was kind of lacking
