Loved the big room with bathroom in the middle easy access for living room and bedroom. Hot water, they gave me early check in and late check out. Huge tvs, nice hotel no key needed to come up is a huge plus!

Horrible food. I ordered a steak with carrots and Brussels and the 50$ meal was absolutely hideous. I couldn't bite the steak it was disgusting rubber. And I'm a huge carrot fan, they were inedible. Pretty gross. Maybe a ordered at the wrong time I doubt it's that bad everyday or they should be ashamed of themselves. Impressive they actually had room service tho.

Really enjoyed the room. The shower was also wonderful good water pressure.

We didn’t like that the room didn’t have a microwave. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive, might want to put it in booking information that you charge and that it doesn’t come with the room. Brought 2 candy bars for $10,50 they weren’t king size either. Little expensive.

The cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the location was very welcoming and serene. There was also a convenience bar for quick snacks and supplies that was useful. We also loved the size of the suite. It was spacious and furniture was well spaced.

The lighting and ventilation in the bathroom was subpar, if not completely absent. The heating and cooling system also seemed in operational, as it is winter and the heat did not turnover.

The staff...Kendra, Brenda and Ashley were excellent!!! From getting me into my room early, recommending places to eat, getting ice and delivering to the room and just delightful conversations with all three young ladies made my trip more enjoyable.

No microwave in the rooms and no ice buckets to hold the ice, and more guest parking so when family or friends come to visit you there's free parking.

It was a very nice room. The staff was excellent. Pool was nice. The air quality of the room was good.

It said there was a hot tub but it was out of service. Very disappointing since that one of the reasons I picked this hotel. There was no microwave in the room to heat up leftovers. No ice machines in the building.

Clean and comfortable beds, quiet room

No ice machine, guests must go to reception for a bag of ice. Water in the room is $9. Breakfast information was not given at the desk. Only one bath towel and the sitting area really needs a coffee table.

Breakfast is expensive - can get better and cheaper breakfast elsewhere. Parking is ridiculous, in my opinion. Paying to park where you PAY to stay is silly.

Room was clean and spacious. The fitness centre was well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, a short drive away from Downtown. You can hear the noise of the traffic though.

The breakfast was overpriced with a poor selection of food (and you had to request juice or water). The car parking was a faff to sort and expensive.

I thought it was going to be a little cheaper than what they were charging but they said we get a security back. Also we left an item we were wondering if they can mail it to us. It was a small bag of crocodile charms.we are not sure where it was left.

We only stayed one night so that we could catch a flight the next day. The room was excellent for the price and provided a mini fridge, desk, living room, and separate bedroom. I could see us staying here in the future for longer visits to the Dallas area and will definitely consider it in the future.
