I love the roof top bar and how you can see they skyline view while sitting on the patio under the fireplace. The bartender was great. The drinks were awesome. The rooms are very spacious

Great experience at the property but, I just feel they should hire at least 2 people on the weekends doing valet parking being that it does tends to get busy and myself and others who were staying at the location had to wait on their vehicles because they only have 1 person working valet. That area needs help BAD!

The location was perfect. Elise I believe was her name at the front desk was awesome! She helped above and beyond. The bed and room were great! We will book again on our next trip. The Internet worked well and I was able to do some work. I have zero complaints about our stay!

Only one person at the desk earlier in the day was not the most pleasant. Felt like we interrupted her phone time, but I guess that is par for the course now at so many businesses. That was it!

Really nice rooms, lobby and bar. Spotlessly clean and you need to use your room key to get into the building and use the lift which is always good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and had everything you need, nice rooftop bar too. Not a huge amount immediately around the hotel in terms of shops/restaurants etc but it is right near the station to get the Dart and is about a 10 minute walk from West send so not too bad.

The valet only option of parking. When we went to pick up our car the next day the front tyre was completely flat (there were no warning signs of this when we dropped it off) something could have caused it before but without actually being able to see where you are parking we were concerned it had been caused by something in the parking garage. The guy was very helpful though and did put air in the tyre so that we could drive it to a tyre place which we were grateful for.

Plant based coffee creamer was not available in the room. The dairy-free creamer provided contains sodium caseinate (milk derivative). Seeing the bible and book of mormon in the nightstand drawer was off-putting. I didn't choose your hotel for a religious experience or unsolicited proselytizing.

The staff were really nice, check-in was quick, the location was great, the room was cozy, and the bed was comfy. The bartender was super friendly, and she made me the best birthday drink.

I believe that the valet parking fee of $45 for a single day is quite excessive. I had hoped to celebrate my birthday at the rooftop restaurant, but unfortunately, it was closed for a private event.

BreakfastGood Would like unbottled refillable water rather than bottled. FRESH FRUIT better than the packaged . Eggs great. Yoghurt great. Lighting a central light over the middle of the room would improve the hotel room . Bedside lighting great. The mattresses were outstanding ,linen clean and pretty bedspread. More tissues at bedside , rubbish bin near bedside . Seating v comfortable. Toaster would have gone down well.

BOOKING.COM did not provide you with information about our breakfast for two people which was included. Had to ask for it. All the taxes charged on top of the room booking fee need to be included in your booking fee as it is $142.00 out of the total of$958.20 -15% taxes pretty significant and should be advertised.

Great location. This hotel is right next to the reunion tower and walking distance to the grassy knoll (JFK assasination point) The train/tram station is next to the hotel, which gives great access tot dallas and one stop away from the american airlines center, if you want to go to see a stars or mavs game Hotel staff were super helpful and always went above and beyond to help Great views from the sky bar Very nice gym with enough equipment to do a full workout

There is no safe in the rooms. This is the only thing we felt was missing

Location was good, walking distance to Reunion tower, JFK plaza, Elm street restaurents etc. Good hotel with nice gym.

Breakfast was not included for the high cost of 1 night I felt. Small bistro is near the reception where you have to buy your own BF.

We enjoyed an evening on the bar patio with a nice city view, good bistro food, and cocktails. King room with nice amenities. Well insulated rooms for a good night sleep on a very comfortable king bed. Location downtown with minimal weekend traffic was convenient to an event nearby. Easy access from I-35. Front desk (Anthony) was very helpful with dining recommendations. Fastest elevator ever!

The facilities are clean and modern. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful too. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was large.

There was some strange staining on the walls of the bathroom. The showers don’t have curtains or doors so water gets all over the floor of the bathroom.
