The breakfast was amazing and had multiple choices. I expected the same thing to be served the next morning and I was pleasantly surprised there was a different option available. Saturday was sausage and eggs and Sunday was mini omelets and bacon. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. The hotel was sold out the weekend we were there but you couldn’t tell it. It was very quiet in our rooms.

There is only one elevator available so it takes some time to get to the different floors. Also they only have two luggage carts for use.

I liked that everyone was very nice and everything was cleaned and the room was very comfortable and nice. Definitely would come back to the same hotel. It's close to so many places to go to.

One thing about the breakfast part was that the plates ran out quickly. When asked to add more plates, they stated that they didn't have anymore, and then about 20 minutes there, they added more plates.

Cleanliness

We had an accident and tried to call the service desk but ended up calling emergency instead, then finally got ahold of the desk to advise then of an injury that occurred in the room, they Stated that they would be up there shortly to check on us but did not show and had to wait till we checked out in order to get asked if everything was okay in which it was not. And ended up in the emergency room for 9 hours.

Room was bigger than expected and was very clean. Location was great, had walmart and restaurants/fast food all within walking distance or a short drive

Pool was very small.The breakfast was cold one day at 7:30. Coffee was bad everytime and family members said the OJ was awfull

Breakfast was good! Location was also good due to it being a little separate from town and we felt safer as we seen a lot of homeless people downtown :(

Only thing that could have been better was house keeping at least goin by to check on our room to at least throw the trash, new towels and just to make sure nothing was needed! House keeping did not go the 3 days we stayed but we were able to get things needed from front desk!

The staff is extremely helpful we had never downloaded or used a car sharing app, they told us how to download it and how to put it in the information. Would definitely stay here again for the service alone.

Since it’s downtown we know there is an element of not knowing about our vehicle being secure, but we worried for nothing.

It was in a convenient location with plenty of stores and restaurants. The staff was awesome and friendly. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was the best

The pool wasn’t too clean and the hot tub wasn’t working and it was dirty. The snacks and drinks are too pricey

Nothing they can do about it But it seems the street outside is a drag strip for some people on Friday and Saturday night Once again nothing bad on hotel.

All was well taken care of and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good typical hotel free breakfast with choice of cereal, make your own waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, yougurt, toast, condiments, juice, coffee, etc.

I loved that the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The price for two nights was also very reasonable.

I didn’t like how small the King Suite was and that the bed had a few ants, so I was bitten.
