Great size room with goid kitchenette, table to eat at and good shower. You need to ask for kitchenware at reception but they provide a full kit. Great location for us, directly by the number 20 bus route which is about 8 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown. Quiet room for the most part, dark curtains.

Bed anx pillows were a bit hard for me. Occasional road nouse, but there's nothing they can do about that. The smoke alarm is sensitive so if you're using the toaster put it under to cooker top extractor fan!

Most of the staff was outstanding, especially the manager, Ruth. There was a laundry room right down the hall from my room.

There was one front desk attendant who wouldn't allow my friend to come up and visit when he had a grocery delivery for me because he forgot his wallet with his I/D. He wasn't spending the night, just visiting. And another one who wanted to charge me $50 because I spilled coffee on my sheets at 5:30 in the morning and didn't report it to the front desk before housekeeping came to my room.

I arrived at 10PM after 30 hours travelling from Australia, due to delays etc. I just needed somewhere to sleep before continuing on the next day. It was close to the airport, very friendly staff, extremly clean facility including the rooms, so much so I expect it was very recently renovated. The bed was comfy (not too hard) and I had a selection of pillow thicknesses to suit my preference. Exceded my expectation for a 'cheap' overnighter. I have stayed in several Hotel/Studio 6 facilities over the years from California to Arizona and Texas and have always found them to be basic yet clean with firendly staff for a night or two whilst travelling around.

It seemed any food availability wasn't too close for those without a car.

The hotel was very clean and looked new, more upscale that your typical motel. We booked it for an overnight at the airport before driving back to Houston the next morning and it was great. The hotel was quiet and we slept well.

The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the requirement to have a "pass" for the parking lot. You didn't have to pay anything, but it was kind of odd to need it for an open lot. It was raining and I had to run out to my car and place it in the windshield.

I checked in late and out fairly early so basically only slept and spent time in the room. The room was what I would expect for a "6" hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.

There were not a lot of places to eat nearby.

I love the hospitality. How clean it was and most of all the way we was treated with respect the whole time we was there. And the on site security.

There was really anything that I didn’t like about the hotel or their location. It was all around a great experience.

All you could expect from a discount hotel chain, clean and quiet. Good location easy to get in and out of.

Would have liked softer pillows. Other than that everything was good. Would stay again.

It seemed newly renovated or newly built so it was nice and clean. The kitchenette was nice and had a full sized fridge/freezer. We only stayed the night after arriving on our flight later in the day so it was a nice quick stop.

Poor water pressure in the shower. Need more pillows. One of the pillows we got was like plastic so it was a bit weird.

Nice to know there were snacks and drinks available in the lobby if you wanted some.

Everything was fine until we learn that our room was not cleaned or bed made after our return in the evening. Didn't notify the front office since it was late in the evening. We were scheduled to leave early in the morning on the last day and were rushing to catch the cab and couldn't ask the front desk what happened.

The staff were really friendly. I liked that they had security around the property. I would love to stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.
