Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was nice and spacious, with two queen beds, a handy little kitchenette, and a comfy sofa area to relax in. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy and didn’t have a huge variety, but it was great to have it included. There were scrambled eggs, turkey sausages, pork sausages, and a few hot options that changed daily. The coffee was surprisingly good too! We loved that you could grab coffee and tea from reception anytime during the day, and there was always fresh fruit — apples, oranges, and bananas — available, not just at breakfast but throughout the day. The location was suitable for us as the rest of the family stayed in the Domain.

The room itself could do with a bit of updating though. The beds were way too soft and felt a bit worn out. The sink tap was annoying — it sprayed water everywhere, so we didn’t even bother using it. And the hairdryer was ancient… it actually caught fire while I was drying my hair! Flames started coming out from one of the buttons. Luckily, the receptionist sorted it out straight away when I let them know.

The walls are thin and we could hear people slamming their door and doing things in the next room late at night. Would have preferred a later breakfast time and the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The breakfast could use some help. The eggs were consistently cold, and they seemed to be running out of things later in the week. Booking.com said that the room deposits were only $40 per room ( we had 2), but it was $80 per room. We also asked for joining rooms, and the hotel said they never received the request. This is not the first time I've had trouble with the site. Booking said that we would have kitchenettes but all we had were the standard microwave, coffeemaker, & frig. Nothing to cook on or with as stated in the description they gave of the hotel.

Breakfast and cleanliness were the two main features we were exploring in reviews, and were not dissapointed with either! Their breakfast had I believe free range eggs, per label! The place was clean throughout. All staff was courteous and taking care of their area of work - from the front desk to the breakfast personnel, to the maintenance.

Nextdoor was a family with a small child, who was crying late into the evening. We didn't make a complaint, as it eventually stopped, but I hope the hotel considers the placement of their guests. We had an important event the next morning and having a peaceful evening was among the reasons for getting a hotel. Another unexpected thing was a relatively small charge following our stay. When contacting the hotel about it thinking that it was maybe for the key that was not registered as returned (but was returned in a hurry the morning of the checkout), we were told that this is a charge for booking through Booking.com. We wanted to make others aware that that's the case.

The location was great for us, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and hot, the staff were all very nice and professional, and the indoor pool though small, was perfect for the kids.

The room could use some updating. The counter tops were peeling and there was a hole under the light fixtures next to the bed where something was taken out but not replaced. This was no big deal to us though. The main bed was comfortable but the pull out couch was awful. (You could feel the springs before even laying laying on it) luckily, it was for the kids so we just layered blankets on top and they said it wasn't bad.

Everything was clean: the lobby, the room, the halls, the elevator was quick; we never had to wait too long, and there was always fresh coffee in the lobby and fruit-infused cold water. The staff was great, the breakfast was good, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The areas that need attention: the layout of the bed/closet area and the bathroom: the bathroom where the tub and toilet had no mirror, no table to set anything on, one hook, no trash can, and the water pressure was not optimal. The tub itself had cracks and needs to be replaced. The room layout was fine until you got into the bedroom/closet area. If you slept on the left side of the bed, you had to deal with a corner and closet that were hard to maneuver. And finally, the sofa was stained and uncomfortable so we didn't use it. The room needs more mirrors and lighting.

Our room was clean, it had a bigger fridge than other rooms we usually stay at which was great, to make a snack or dinner there. The bed was really comfortable, the staff was kind and helpful and the pool was great, with a little area outside as well. Breakfast was great and there was coffee available 24/7.

The pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable, but so far I have never been to a hotel with a comfortable pull out bed, so it was still kind of what I expected when I booked. The toilet was broken, and the water sometimes would not stop running. It was not a big problem for us, I just don't like when a lot of water is being wasted.

this hotel had the BEST hotel breakfast I've ever had. I love that they offered turkey breakfast sausages and oat milk for my lactose intolerance. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, and I love how Netflix or HBO max was offered in the rooms since I already have accounts for them myself! I used to always attend at another hotel, but I am officially a Marriott girl!!

Although the double beds were very comfortable, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, I love how the pool was inside to avoid the extreme heat. However, the pool was extremely cold. It would've been nice if it was at a warm temperature to experience a relaxing moment.
