Very nice staff and everything was so clean! Crystal was so helpful when I called to check on our reservation due to getting in later than planned. She was there to greet us with a friendly face and she knew exactly who I was when I walked in the door!

The only thing that was a little rough was the elevator in the mornings. It was just super busy in the mornings and everyone needed in and out of the elevators. Not really bad thing!

It was in a good location close to my nephew’s home

When we arrived the front desk person was not very nice. She looked like we interrupted her day. She gave us our keys and mumbled something about breakfast and didn’t even look at us. So we just walked away. Maybe she was very busy but when she came up she said I’m right here. Hang up the phone. I didn’t know if she was front desk person.

The breakfast was very good, with several choices including fruit juice, milk, yogurt, coffee, hot tea, biscuits, gravy, waffles, sausage, sweet rolls and cereal. The breakfast was very clean and well stocked.

We didn't care for the window air and heat units. Very noisy and interfered with sleep.

Location was good for us. Entire facility was clean and well cared for.

Breakfast area is a little small but would be fine most days. A bus full of high school softball players were there when we were but everyone made it work.

Bed and room was nice size and comfortable and breakfast was great.

The sound on TV in the sitting area did not work the lady at front desk tried to fix it but could only get the sound to barely come on. She offered to move us to another room or give us 20% off which was fair.

The location was great and the hotel was very clean. We didn’t eat the breakfast because we met up with our family at the restaurant next door.

I didn’t like that there was an automatic fee for the use of the safe, but if you didn’t use it you had to ask them to remove the fee. Nothing was said about it, but thankfully I read the fine print and saw it. The staff member gladly removed the fee, but I think it’s ridiculous to ask for a fee to be removed knowing I won’t be using something. That’s like ascribing a separate fee for the microwave (which I didn’t use) or the refrigerator (which I didn’t use) or the blow dryer (which I didn’t use), etc. Just because something is in the room doesn’t mean I’m automatically going to use it and need to pay a separate fee. Have a sign on the safe saying there’s a fee and you can check with the attendant for details. I don’t know; I just felt like it was a little devious, per se.

Middle of nowhere. The nearest city type environment is 45 minutes.

I specifically booked a handicap accessible room because my mom is in a wheelchair and the room was only handicap accessible for deaf people.

The room was great, clean and tidy. The breakfast was also very good. Enjoyed the coffee. Didn't care for the coffee in the room (a Keurig would be great).

The only thing I didn't care for were a couple of spots in the shower where you could tell had not been cleaned well before my arrival.

Convenient to Permian Hospital, close to several eateries.

Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. Also, we had selected an “accessible” room, which we had about a month ago. The only accessible feature we saw was a hearing-impaired doorbell. We were expecting features in the bathroom to assist in entry/exiting the tub or shower area.
