Talking through a slot below bullet proof glass gave the impression of a bad neighborhood. Had the room not been paid for already I would have looked for other lodging. The room was actually perfectly acceptable, but the first impression was not

Very convenient in Checotah, Destiny/Irving were very pleasant and helpful when needing extra supplies or new keys that were not functioning. Felt very safe, I have stayed there once before and would stay there again.

Bathtub was stopped up, took shower in calf-length water, was reported. Bathroom door handle missing on one side, room needs a good paint/deep cleaning, hotel door caulking needs repair.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was easy to get to, clean and comfortable.

Some Beatles crawled under the door overnight and died so their little bodies were around the door in the morning.

We were happy and satisfied with the area very comfortable and nice friendly staff. Enjoy the view of the location of the area and close to the interstate which was nice to get on and off the road makes it easy

nothing it was nice all the way around well there was something wish they had a coffee shop near that would have been really nice to look at the view and have breakfast

I travel a lot and regardless of fancy or economic hotels it's hard to find a really clean one. This hotel was surprisingly clean. The only reason I did not give a perfect score was because the air condition unit was outdated and not very cool. However the staff woman was very attentive and helpful in trying to remedy the situation. Bravo for taking Pride in your job. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

The owner was very friendly & made sure we had everything we needed. He also recommended place to eat. The place was very clean!!! Room was big, the water pressure is amazing! Seriously it can't be beat! Housekeeping was friendly, it was quiet & bed was comfy! Excellent place to stay

Only thing that could've made it better was if they still did breakfast. Thanks covid. Other than that its a great place.

Couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi but it was ok.

The entrance was not very good... Lots of chuck holes and BIG ones. It rained when we were there so it was hard to tell how deep the LAKES were.

Reception was very friendly.

We had to wait out side in the cold to check-in at the out side window the lobby was locked and had to access to get in.

The parking lot is a shambles, perhaps it will improve with the potholes gone and some paving.
