the staff was very accommodating, helping with room selection and features of the hotel. we had a handicap room which was a true handicap room. I would only recommend a queen size bed rather than a king size to give a person in a wheelchair more room to maneuver around in. the breakfast bar is limited but satisfying. there's plenty of fresh fruit, coffee, juice, and milk. Overall the experience was great

it's not a fancy hotel but if you're looking for a quiet hotel with great staff, I would recommend Waverly Ameristar.

Staff were super nice and helpful. The room had a nice set up. The pool room was very clean and relaxing. The room that we booked had a whirlpool jet tub in it. Took no time to fill it up and the Jets were super relaxing. The room was super affordable. Definitely would stay here again.

Hot tub had too much chlorine and it was hard to run the Jets and enjoy it.

It was clean, convenient. Staff pretty nice.

To much. Chlorine in the hot tub, burnt our eyes, even when we weren’t in the tub. We checked in at 3 pm, at 5 pm I had to ask for towels, only 2 in our double room, for 4 of us, they had no towel’s, so they gave me pool towels, tough to run a hotel without adequate towels. Also did not like thier deducting 100.00 for deposit out of my account. Never had that happen and we travel a lot. Stayed at the quality in Dundee the night before, they did not do that. Don’t expect to stay at the Quality Hotel in Waverly again.

It was very clean....the people was very nice...it's close to lot of places

Didn't care to much when got there and couldn't check it had to wait cause they was changing door locks...then they said it was 100.00 deposit which they didn't tell me bout when booking ..and then when you check out you have to wait up to 3 days to get it back on your account..and the beds could use new mattress..but other then that I would stay again for the price and location

The location was great it was located around restaurants, stores and gas stations. The place was clean and staff was friendly. The pool area was great the kids loved it. Will be returning again soon hopefully

There wasn’t anything that could have been better except waking up in time for breakfast lol.

The location was quiet, the room was clean, front desk was helpful. We only stayed one night as we were passing through town. I would probably book here again if I was passing through.

I like to sleep with the room as cold as possible and with the AC set to 61 (the lowest temp with fan on high), it still felt pretty warm in the room, closer to 70-75. Not a big deal as I’m sure not everyone sleeps the same way. The elevator was a little unsettling with a lot of shaking and spaceship noises but we just used the stairs.

Everything was great for the price

The pool was overcrowded with parents that left their kids unattended, and would leave the doors open to go outside to smoke and it got so foggy you couldn't see cause of the cold outside air making it steamy.

Cozy, clean, excellent amenities, and the price was great. Not to mention the staff, absolutely amazing!!!! Definitely will stay again and again.

Breakfast was lacking. I do like that there is coffee available at all times. The pool was nice and the grandkids enjoyed it thoroughly.

I didn't understand that the "suite" automatically had a hot tub. I thought you had to request it. When I reserved a suite I was looking for more in the lines of a couch and more room.

Breakfast choice was okay for a grab and run deal. I respect this due to the COVID situation and very thankful that it was offered. The location was perfect in many ways. The best part was it being located by Roosters a great dining experience for me. I was able to walk over and eat whenever. They offered delivery as well. The actual site of hotel and it's amenities were awesome. We had a heated inside pool and a hot tub. Couldn't get any better than that! There were shops nearby for any type of needs, from Wal-Mart to gas stations to pharmacies all within 1 to 2 mile.

Some rowdy guests but other than that they quieted down before management had to be called.
