You business model works well with the dinner and breakfast offered to weary travelors and workers. The staff was excellent.

We stayed for 2 nights. Other than replacing towels, the room not refreshed for the second night. If I pay for one night i get a freshly made bed. If I pay the same amount again for the second night, where's the freshly made bed? If you don't remake the room after the first night, I suggest that guests be clearly informed. After everything else about the experience was clearly designed to be a notch above hospitable, this experience was a bit disappointing. I'm rooting for you.

I liked almost everything about it was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I used to work on the road.

I took my key card to the front desk because I was haveing trouble with it and instead of getting me a new one I was asked to go back to my room and get my ID haveing trouble with my key card made this quite difficult not to metion time consuming I felt like they didn't beleive me. I have business in Finely this week and plan to stay there again I hope my stay will not be like that.

We are from Texas. The Drury hotels that I have had experience staying in have been on the lower quality side of the spectrum. I had my reservations about staying here due to previous experiences. I'm so glad that I took a chance. We were driving from Texas to Michigan and back. This was the best place we stayed our whole trip. The staff was friendly and helpful always smiling. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable I really didn't want to get out on the road the next day. The breakfast was amazing. There was a lot to choose from and it was all fresh and hot. I wish we could have stayed longer and got to see more of the area

There wasn't anything that I disliked about this place.

I like that they had a dinner buffet included with the room which was delicious and also the breakfast buffet in the morning that came with the room the people doing the food service were excellent they helped me and my pregnant daughter by giving us the leftovers of dinner because we didn't get a chance to get down and eat.

The beds could have bigger thicker comforters instead of thin sheets also maybe extra blankets in the room. Room service should be available every day we stayed for 3 days however we have to ask for service to be done or not then as needed

Staff was super friendly and the ammenities were great! Not too many places offer breakfast, dinner and drinks included in the price of your ropom! This was a nice surprise. Also the pool area was fun for the kids.

I would have appreciated a few more toiletries in the bathroom. I didn't have a hand soap and I forgot my moisturizer at home, so those would have been nice to have available. Body towels were a bit scratchy but nothing that would make me choose another place.

Due to some bad travel weather, we didn't arrive for check-in until almost 8:30pm. I anticipated issues, but it was a breeze, and the staff was excellent. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Didn't get to try the pool, but it looked amazing. The Queen suite was huge!

The main exit from the property is right turn only. If there is another way in and out, I didn't see it. That makes it difficult to get to downtown Findlay. Perhaps if there's another way, it could be clearly marked.

Great location right off of 75. A great place to stay for families as there is a pool and a hot tub for all to enjoy, popcorn in the lobby, a dinner buffet as well as some alcohol drinks, and breakfast included with the price. Also very pet friendly. Very warm and welcoming staff. A delight to be there and a great value. Highly recommend

Loved the free buffet dinner, hot breakfast ,indoor outdoor swimming pool.and jacuzzi .

Walls very thin and there were bunch little league baseball players there that knocked hard loud on my room door three different times then would run away..Asked for a small cot for 5 year old daughter front desk said they had one would bring up .Well hour later brought up a baby's crib.

Absolutely EVERYTHING…. been the ex executive housekeeping of Hilton brand hotels, four seasons, cabana bay in Orlando Florida, and stay here was a shock for me, always thinking that u need to stay in a big brand hotel to have everything you need, and see that I was totally wrong about it, I feel to the point that I don’t want to go back home, since the moment you enter to the moment you leave they make you feel at home, Zoe in the food area she is a WOW…. she is definitely a Keeper, the employ that any business need. please please never let her leave. highly recommend this hotel

The front desk staff were exceptional and welcoming. The staff working the food area in the morning. were also exceptional, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, nice high ceilings. Everything was in good repair. They use dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, which is great - eco friendly and no little bottles to deal with. We were by the elevator, but we didn't hear it at all, and slept well on the comfortable beds and linens. This hotel is right by the highway, and it was nice to just pull out of the lot and be on our way in the morning. We missed dinner, but up to 3 alcoholic drinks are included.

Would be nice to have a fridge, but maybe not needed with 2 meals served and a little store (I didn't get a chance to check out what they had). The other amenities and service more than make up for this. I
