The room was exceptionally clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly pleasant, always courteous and attentive, making the overall stay even more enjoyable. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist added a personal touch to the experience.

I honestly liked everything! The room was spotless, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. I had a great stay and wouldn’t change a thing. Looking forward to coming back!

Location was good. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we were able to get a good rest. The staff was very nice and helpful. Other guests were pleasant and friendly.

We booked a non-smoking room, but the room still smelled like smoke. There were cigarette burns in the linen, the carpet and furniture. The alarm clock could not be set to the time or alarm. The back of the TV remote was broken. The bathroom door did not latch, the toilet was not securely fastened to the floor. The carpet needed to be deep cleaned or replaced. The curtains were damaged from what appeared to be a cat climbing up them. The bathroom floor had dirt and hair along the wall behind the door. Extra kleenex packs would have helped as it is allergy season.

Hruday and Rhom were amazing, as well as the rest of the staff, were very pleasant, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make my family and our service animals comfortable.

It has a small parking lot up front, and Hampton Inn owns the parking beside it. But, found some parking for our U-Haul and towed car in the back. It was safe there, but we had no access to the indoors from that side. Thankfully, we were on the first floor, but disabled persons with second story rooms have no access to elevators and a single set of stairs in the lobby.

used to be a smoking hotel and you can still smell that in the rooms. But the windows opened so the fresh air helped. not walkable to anything nice but easy on-easy off by the freeway.

Room was clean, adequate, breakfast good. Need more bread options than white bread. Whole wheat bread, muffins, bagels. Staff was pleasant.

More options for healthy food. Instant oatmeal. Chobani fat free yogurt. Whole wheat bread, muffins.

The bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and microwave.

The furniture was very worn out. There was water damage on the ceiling, the tissue holder was broken, the phone did not work, the coffee maker did not work, the television remote was missing, the stairwell and hall were dirty.

It was very clean in my room. The hotel's location was easy to find, and easy to travel from. I was able to get food delivered to my room, though the driver got a little confused. Give them the name of the hotel, not just the address.

It felt a little dark and not particularly homey. A bit of a "motel" feel. They were not serving breakfast due to COVID, which is understandable, but which was not communicated ahead of time. It did not feel like a home away from home at all.
