Bar greeting at check-in, style, snacks, courtyard.

The bathroom sink stopper did not work. The paint on the wall near the mirror were two different colors unfinished it seemed. Lantern fly on the ceiling. Full beds were not centered for a nightstand to share.

Breakfast was great, although we were surprised there were no eggs. No big deal. The eating area was VERY crowded because of all the events during the weekend.

The top covering on the bed was inadequate. It would have been nice if there had been an extra blanket in the closet. We were surprised that there was not even one bottle of water available. Optional feather pillows would have been appreciated.

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was lovely. Room clean and comfortable and I even enjoyed hearing and seeing train from my room. Loved lobby and courtyard. Close to doctors and Morristown Hospital which is why I booked and stayed here. Thank you.

Red Dog Tavern, where we had dinner. Food was good. Service and staff, just ok. Not very friendly or welcoming. Also, please get rid of those black placements on each table and the tacky/sticky feel of tables. Other than great stay was great.

We had planned a birthday dinner at Rod’s. Staying at the hotel just made the evening more relaxing. Actually they gave a $20.00 voucher to the restaurant as well. The continental breakfast was just a little more than that and it started the day perfectly.

It seems that the property is trying to get away from plastic so along wit real coffee mugs there should be real glasses on the rooms.

The architecture , food was delicious but very small portions. Too small for the price . They almost looked like appetizers. Luckily an appetizer size fills me up. Breakfast could use some real ham and scrambled eggs.Some People don’t like salami. Just saying. I worked most of my career in hospitality.

The pillows were hard/ horrible . I got neck pain both nights .

The staff was helpful and courteous. The location was wonderful to take a nice walk on the grounds and near the college. The rooms were clean and spacious. The quality of the soap and shampoo Was excellent.

The breakfast was crowded and we were expecting scrambled eggs or more warm food selection.

Having stayed at the Madison many times, and having hosted friends and family for dinners at the restaurants, and having organized large family get-togethers there- Says how much we love the place. Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, convenient.

I look forward to the pool and hot tub and drive out of the way to come to a hotel with these. The sunny windows and spaciousness are lovely. While as clean as always, however, the pool was cold! Second time this has happened. This is very important to me, not only for relaxation and a treat, but because I limp and the water helps me feel better. Please take good care of this asset, and we will be back several times a year, and continue to bring family with us. Thank you.

Everything was great. First location - it was close to the subway station, room was spacious, breakfast was sumptuous, all staff were friendly and helpful.

Price was a little too high. As the hotel is in NJ we need to travel for atleast 2 hours to travel to NYC. So, we couldn't stay in the hotel for a long time. So, we paid too much for a night's sleep

I liked everything about the property! My sole purpose for going to this hotel was so that I could eat at Rod‘s Steakhouse and view the restored Gilded Age Pullman dining cars. It was everything that I expected and more!

Everything was wonderful! I have no complaints about my stay.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not my choice but good for others. I would like to see healthier options.

The extra service charge for incidentals that are not used, nor do you have. Not very happy plus you are charged for each night. Such a rip off.
