TowneSuites - Clinton is without a doubt one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in many years. The hotel is spotlessly clean in every area, beautifully appointed, comfortable, quiet rooms, delightful front desk staff, and very convenient. The only request I would make is a hairdryer in the room. Yes, I'm sure I could have called the front desk to get one, but I didn't have time. This is a small complaint on my part, but one worth mentioning for other travelers to note. Without a doubt we will select this hotel in the future. PS I'd love to purchase some of the delightful artwork seen throughout the hotel! Charming!

Not one little thing.

The location was great given our needs, the breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately the staff is put is a tough spot when someone chooses to smoke cannabis in this nonsmoking hotel. It is very difficult to locate the source of the smoking but the rest of us on the floor could smell it clearly in the hallway and then in our room by the door that first morning of our stay. I am continually amazed at how rude others are.

Location was very convenient. There is plenty of free parking. Breakfast was a nice perk with a good variety of basic breakfast choices. Staff members were helpful and professional.

Hotel is located right next to the highway and our room unfortunately faced the highway. The traffic, especially the trucks, were very loud. We experienced a "fire drill" at 2am one night because a resident pushed the fire alarm instead of the button to let them into the hotel after midnight. Better signage is needed to prevent guests from pushing the wrong button and causing the entire hotel to have to evacuate at 2am.

I liked the location. I was delighted that I had a fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen is the main reason I will definitely book this Marriott Bonvoy again.

Pool was temporarily closed. My room had a view of a roof. I was toward the back of the building but the advantage to the poor view was how quiet the room was. No road noise at all.

This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen! Nothing worse than finding foreign hairs in the shower, but did not see even one hair! The room was beautifully arranged and the shower was elegant. Will stay there when I am in the area, as a matter of fact, I will be staying there next Sunday for work on Monday.

Very clean room with comfy beds & pillows. Loved the shower after a long day on the road- great pressure, clean & hot! The room had more than just the standard kitchenette: the refrigerator was mid size, there was a toaster as well as a 2 burner stove top! It'd be perfect for those working remotely.

The noise from the nearby highway was bothersome.

A relatively large room with adequate spaces (counters, benches, etc.) to open suit cases. Also, the bathroom had enough counter space to layout all the equipment and chemicals thought necessary to think oneself beautiful.

No shelter at the entrance to stop the car and unload passengers and luggage during the storm occurring at the time. Therefore, our stuff and both** of us got unnecessarily cold and wet when we arrived. **. Could have been just one person with protection.

Very stylish and modern. Large room. Breakfast had quite a variety of. I had to switch rooms because someone nearby was smoking in their room and it traveled into mine. The night manager was very quick to respond and get me a new room.

They charge $100 for pets per night which is more than most hotels!!!!

It was very nice and we were treated well The staff at front desk was very accommodating and answered all our questions he was polite and very professional

We could not turn the hot water in the shower on all the way the pipes made a very loud and screeching sound

Location worked well for me as I was exploring the area. Room was very clean, as was the bathroom and kitchenette. I wasn't expecting cutlery, dishes etc so that was a pleasant surprise. I could easily have stayed longer with the ability to prepare simple foods myself. Breakfast was just ok, but because the rooms have kitchenettes you can easily prepare something for yourself. The coffee in the lobby was pretty good. There was a comfy patio just off the breakfast room with tables and chairs, and even grills if guests wanted to bring their own food to barbeque. If I had stayed longer I would have used the laundry room, which appeared to be well maintained with several coin-operated washers and driers. A little bit pricier than other hotels in the area but worth it IMO. Very comfortable and pleasant, and the staff were very pleasant as well.
