The staff were nice, especially a guy with glasses and light hair. He was very helpful and considerate, taking care of issuing the invoices for me and my roommate as we requested. The hotel was very clean. The location was perfect for us; it was close to the river and gold medal park (it was so beautiful in the fall). Also, it is near the stadium and the metro. In our stay, we were targeting the convention center, we used the public buses, and sometimes we used Lyft if we were in a hurry. Also, it is a walkable distance around 30 min.

Only the bathroom door needed to be fixed

The room I got looked exactly like the photos they've provided on their page and everything came as expected. Check-in check-out process was super quick and easy and I liked that the location wasn't at a super busy spot so I could easily get picked up for rides but still close enough to downtown.

The plug in my bathroom didn't work, it wasn't a big problem for me but they should definitely look into that. Otherwise, it'd be nice if the water pressure for the shower was stronger too. The hairdryer provided in my room didn't work but the housekeeper was able to just switch it out for a working one for me when I asked.

Excellent location right by the US bank football stadium, Trader Joe's, and the Mississippi River. Staff are very friendly, and the interior is quite modern and fashionable. The beds are extremely comfortable, best part of the stay for sure.

The fan in the bathroom was running all the time and we were unable to shut it off, so it was noisy the whole stay. The mini fridge was set too cold and had a large ice block in the back with no way to change the setting, so it froze all of our food. The toilet had extremely low water in it at all times which wasn't ideal for cleanliness.

The location is you’re going to a Viking game is awesome. Just a walk away. The staff were awesome, so nice and courteous. The restaurant and bar were awesome as well. The food was a tish expensive but when you’re that close to that dome and you don’t have to travel it was worth it. The room was amazing! Nice room, very clean and the bed was awesome.

Paying for the parking

The location was amazing, we loved being able to access US Bank Stadium without having to go outside. The bar & restaurant downstairs was awesome, food was delicious and our server was fantastic.

The shower was unnecessarily complicated and the skywalk passage back to the hotel was closed (?) so we weren't able to access our hotel after the show. We had to go outside and walk which really wasn't that big of a deal but it would have been cool if that could have been avoided.

We came to Minneapolis for a concert at the Armory and the location of the hotel was perfect! Only a couple of blocks away from the venue. The staff was also very friendly and our room was great for the occasion. If you're driving your own vehicle, make sure you get there early as their on-site parking is extremely limited, maybe 20 some spots, and is first come first serve. Also a 21+ hotel apparently.

Great location and friendly front staff. We had a nice room and enjoyed the facilities it offered.

As a busy hotel there was often a wait for the elevators and unfortunately the skywalk was not accessible, however these weren't huge issues at all - just things we noticed in our time there.

Excellent staff, clean and modern rooms, and the beds were sooooo comfortable! The location was great making walking to the concert, bars, and restaurants convenient.

Parking, there is no parking so valet parking would be a great option. If the lounge would be open a little later on Fridays and Saturdays.

The bed was big and comfy! The room was so simple yet so spacious and the bathroom was very clean. Additionally, the location of the hotel is just perfect, I walked everywhere while I was there! Overall, I am very happy with my stay and I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit!

I liked everything.

My stay at the Radisson Red Hotel was indeed a dream stay. It gave me comfort away from home when I needed it the most. I went there because of some issues that I was dealing with where I live. I had great peace there. I loved the staff people. They were very kind and very helpful. I thought the hotel was very attractive. Very clean. I loved the look of the room with the artwork on the wall.

I had no issues there.
