Mark & Sue definitely pride themselves on customer service and running a beautifully organized establishment. The staff members are all exceptional from front desk to housekeeping. They always make me feel welcomed when I stay. I appreciate them and their dedication to making sure their guest are happy comfortably and always make accommodations if possible, when needed.

No complaints from me or my family. Everything was great from prices to the room.

My husband and I arrived at the hotel early in the morning and were very tired. The staff gave us a warm welcome and quickly got us signed in so that we could get to our room. We had a wedding the next afternoon and they graciously gave us an hour late checkout so that we could sleep a little later and have less time to wait between checkout and the wedding. The next morning we were again greeted warmly. As we were leaving the staff asked if there was anything else we needed before leaving and thanked us for coming. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The staff were great, very friendly. Our room felt small, but it was clean. Good location, area shopping, and food were close.

Didn't like how small the room felt. Lighting could have been brighter in the room, and the room heater, while adjustable, would get either too hot or to cold.

I like that this hotel is very close to my cultural and ethnic restaurants, stores, etc. it is on the main road and in safe clean area. Very good AC and WIFI.

We stayed for two nights. The first night was noisy little bit outside by other nearby tenants, talking loudly and slamming their doors.

The staff are very nice and treat you like family! They respect everyone including myself and I've never had any issues with this great hotel or staff!! Last night the lady that works midnights listened to me "venting" about my problems in life and I thank her for that! Little things like that can save a life and also I got a better night sleep without worrying about life's personal and world events!

Nothing. All good! I am always takin care of like I am "someone" when the truth is I'm just a normal human being trying to make it in this crazy world! Rooms are clean beds are COMFORTABLE!! and the staff are like family!! They will respect you no matter what!!

Very nice and helpfull young man in reception. Quite a varied breakfast considering the price.

one bed smells dogs and everywhere on the floor was dog hair.

Was great to have a light,quick n easy for on the go n coffee usually anytime! Even offered to guests, considering most other hotels are still not participating since covid hit

My tub wasn't/isn't useable bathing wise...it's scuffed,worn and when I tried to fill up for bathing the paint bled into the bath water and I wasnt comfortable it'd be safe for bathing in...which is a huge issue considering I bathe more than I use the/a shower n not only for myself but my 4 y.o special needs son also! Im pretty sure it's in need of a new sealing and or tub surround...would like a later checkout time or at least the option...

All good. Great quite clean and comfortable hotel!! I get great rest and peace of mind when I stay here.. I come back everytime because the staff are great as well with the positive comments above
