The kindness of the staff. The rooms were good sized and smelled clean.

Rooms a little outdated looking and a bit run down. Better bedding.

nothing other than a few pcs of bread and a stale muffin. the juice machine did not work. I did not consider this a breakfast.

We had a room downstairs for pets. The beds were like on metal frames and when you got in and out or turned over in the bed it would make a weird sound like the metal was popping in and out, kinda like old wall lockers when you closed them in school or at a gym if that makes sense. The room was ok, a little grimy, but the bathroom was horrible. It had like a dingy film on the walls with stuff splattered in random places. The staff and location was great, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The smell as you walked in, and throughout the stay, I always bring my own cleaning supplies. I sprayed throughout the night due to smile.

Location was fine. Outside of facility looked decent. Lobby and breakfast room were ok.

Front desk staff at check in especially was awful. I had booked through booking.com and he complained that it never worked well with their bookings and did not have our reservation in their system. He eventually found my reservation and after the very arduous check in process I asked for a receipt and he kind of looked at me like he didn't really want to try to give me a receipt. I said "never mind". I had had enough and went to our room. He was having trouble doing just about everything on his computer and printer. He never apologized for it taking SO LONG. He never told us any information about wifi, breakfast times or anything. The room had a bad odor and was stuffy and very warm. Luckily the a/c worked. The smell never went away. There was no information in the room for anything. The sheet had a stain. The mattress was not very firm at all and the pillows very soft and when I asked for extra pillows - I got nothing. "Housekeeping is not here and I have no pillows." We were exhausted and woke up at 9 AM - breakfast was over. And of course, we had not been advised of times. Even though the price was reasonable, I won't consider staying there ever again.

Nothing really didn't have time to enjoy my stay.

They are dirty have roach poop on the walls after fresh paint infested with ants. Couldn't sit my drink down with out hundreds ant on it. Also everyone that stay better check their bank accounts they rob people. Over charged me by 60 dollars saying they put the total in wrong then said they couldn't do anything about it or they would be fired. Had to resort to being a Karen before getting my money back in less then 30 mins.

Drug addicts, loud environment, the smell of mold was strong, rusted bathroom handles , bullet holes in the doors .
