Ayanna at the desk was freindly and professional. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had every thing we needed. She upgraded our room when she saw which room we had reserved and realized that we needed more room for my handicapped wife. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling through that area. I will recommend Red Roof for the great value.

Have the clock in the room set to the correct time. Noone set the clock forward.

I liked the room; it was very comfortable. I rested well. It was also clean and neat.

It was awesome to see that a free crib was available to be put in the room but there was none available when I arrived. But I did bring the kids sleeping bags so it worked out well.

Easily accessible. Close to the job site.

WiFi isn’t very good. Price is sub par considering other locations have weekly/monthly rates and this location only does daily rates.

Great friendly staff clean rooms, the amenities like the blow dryer and things were very out of date most did not work. But otherwise the room was clean and they were very friendly.

The only thing that I did not like about this particular hotel is that the blow dryer and things like that were very old and on a previous day the one in my room did not even work. But other than that everything was the way it is pictured on the app.

Perfect location. Close to the highway. Great parking. Our room was a 2 bedroom 2 queen. Had microwave and mini refrigerator/freezer.

I like that the vending machines accepted debit/credit cards. I like that there was a smoking room option. I like that the location was close to places to get food. I like that the location accepted pets.

No complaints really

The staff that checked me in and out was both very kind, our room was clean also plenty of room. We stayed 3 nights and the price was definitely of value, and the next time we go to visit our father in the nursing home we will be staying at the Red Roof in Edgewood again since we live over 6 hours away.

Was clean, some updates, had fridge & microwave. Close to gas stations. Rate it top tier of $100 & under range for value.

Only coffee. Would have been great to have at least toast & fruit. Looks like they once had some breakfast items, probably pre-covid. Many hotels quit serving breakfast, too bad.

This was a first time visit and after seeing reviews of the hotels right by this 1, it was a no Brainer in my choice. There was no inside to deal with possible kids up n down the hall disturbing other guests and no smoking was a major bonus for me.

There was nothing I would change overall. Totally exceeded what I was expecting to experience. Also would like to see a possible early check in option.

The price. The size of the room, good space. Mostly clean this time. Actually had a coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. You rarely get all three.

Bugs as with all Red Roofs I've been to for some reason. I kill at least one or two every visit and this was my fourth stay.
