Front staff was so accommodating. They had a very short power outage caused by rainstorm which stopped their washing machine & dryer for the days we stayed, automatically on the first day Adrian offered to wash & dry our family clothes with no hesitation. He made me feel my problem was his too that helping out was important to him. Kudos to Adrian!!!

We had 6 in our suite & had 3 nights stay but housekeeping kept supplying us with just 3 towels & didn’t refill tissue paper which made it an inconvenience going down to pick up bathroom supplies.

The room was great and so was breakfast there was plenty to chose from. We did find it a little bit outside the main tourist area but as we only went into the French Quarter once that wasn’t really a problem.

Absolutely not the fault of the hotel but we found there were very few nice places we could go and eat, there was a lot of fast food but we had to go quite a way to find a restaurant we were happy with,

Comfy bed, pillows, and sheets. Very good breakfast. Good location.

No major issues, but it took a while to get breakfast the 1st morning because there was only one person refilling everything and she took longer than anyone else, which made us get a late start. Also, the pool was closed and the coffee was not good at all.

Clean, good location and would recommend for anyone! Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms nice and clean and they even had Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We stayed in a handicap accessible room and loved the shower and shower chair! The staff were nice and would definitely stay again!

Nothing’ it met all my expectations and more.

Excited to start our vacation we showed up in New Orleans a day earlier than we had originally planned. The staff went above in accommodating us for that extra night. They were extremely helpful in making our stay enjoyable. The onsight security staff gave us a sense of safety in what can be considered a not so safe city.

There were few if any complaints my wife or I had. The continental breakfast was mediocre but it was just a short jaunt to get to the French Quarter for the world famous beignettes.

At any other hotels after you pay you are offered a thank you bag with water and a snack, well I need to take my medication and asked for a bottle of water and was told that I could buy water from the machine. I felt like that was selfish of this property to not have anything complementary especially water.

The breakfast was really good, definitely better than I expected for hotel food! The staff was super friendly and helpful which definitely eased my concerns considering I was traveling alone with my young children. I was really anxious when I pulled into the parking lot, since the area surrounding the hotel looked a bit run down, but that just goes to show that looks can be deceiving!! If we are ever back in town this will definitely be on our list of places to stay!!

The pool was not available, not sure of the reason why, but it was not a deal breaker for me since everything else either met or exceeded my expectations!

At check in the two ladies was very pleasant. The room was clean so was the rest of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again.

I couldn't get a receipt at checkout. Accounding to the young lady I had to get from booking.com, which I didn't like.

Very clean, new hotel. The location was surrounded by places to shop and eat. I love that the security personnel is on constant patrol in the parking lot after dark.

The hotel breakfast hours should be ending at one time, rather Monday - Friday 9:30am. Saturday and Sunday 10am..

Great price! Good location to where we needed to go! Easy access to highway. Great breakfast as well! Near good food locations and gas stations.

Toilet kept running. Shower curtains wouldn't contain the water. Elevator wasn't level when stopped on the floor, could have tripped and hurt yourself.
