Loved the location and cleanliness.

Ran into an issue where I had to pay in person even though I’d already paid through Booking.com because they said they never received the payment from Booking.com, nor did they have a record of my breakfast included in the stay. I had to show them the confirmation multiple times to get the breakfast, and they kept saying no until I got a bit heated and they gave up.

Rooms could use some touch ups. Bathroom had mold spots in ceiling above shower against the wall. AC filter in room 118 noted needing replaced. Ice machine 1st floor didn’t work, had to go to another floor for ice. Room did not have coffee maker, went to reception to ask for it and it was never delivered had to ask a 2nd time for it. Grass needs to be mowed and trash needs picked up in parking lot. Saw open condom wrapper on sidewalk. 1 outside entrance door (side facing the construction) was not working for access to building.

I liked the location because you could walk to get food or take a lyft/uber to nearby places to eat and the treasure chest casino could be walking distance but there is a shuttle that brought us back to the hilton after our visit

I think the weather and recent storms were to blame for the tarps on the roof and the poor condition of our room. The paint had peeled back from what was probably roof leak. Also because of covid (I think) supplies we minimal in the room. I had to locate a hairdryer from staff and shampoo. otherwise, room size was great but the price was steep for the condition of the building

Location convenient to Interstate. Price was good compared to other hotels with availability in the area. Although there was no food available on site, the front desk staff did tell me about a sandwich/seafood place within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Facility could use a bit of update/repair, but it was mostly cosmetic. There appeared to be only one luggage cart, and a woman just ahead of me at check-in took it and did not bring it back all night long. I had to make 3 trips from my car to get my luggage to my room. "Breakfast" consisted of yogurt and a 1-cup-at-a-time slow Keurig.

The Free Riders event everything was in walking distance. And everyone had a wonderful time.

We had to pay for breakfast. I feel breakfast should have been free.

The Hospitality is hands down the Beat! Crystal, Melissa, and Rudy were Phenomenal! All of the staff were, those were just the names I could remember! I will be back! They utilized ride share due to their shuttle van being broke down and they paid for it! thank you!

It was right next to the convention center. I parked my car once and just walked next door.

My key wasn't working so I had to get a new one. The main light as you walk in was burned out and one of the lights in the bathroom.

The location was great. The customer service was outstanding. The food was great.

Didn't have enough towels.
