I’ve stayed here before this time around i had to cancel and i am doing this survey because i hope it gets to who it needs to. Due to family emergency i es not able to travel u called the hotel and the young lady that attended me was one of the most amazing people I’ve spoken to. I believe her name was Brittney. Thank you Holiday inn for your hospitality and your understanding. I will be back visit y God Willing. Blessings.

Breakfast was very good - cleanliness great - staff very nice.

The bathtub had nothing to really hold onto except under the shower head. That was difficult with water pouring down. So I had nothing to hold onto and when trying to exit the tub, both legs went in different directions. I managed to get upright without falling. That's my only complaint at all.

Breakfast was great. There was a power outage due to storms. My husband has COPD. Angelina helped us carry everything down stairs including helping my son carry hubby's motorized wheelchair. Since the elevator wasn't working. When we went driving to see about a room with power I happen to call Angelina and theirs had just come back on. We were able to come back and stay. Great service from the staff member.

Parking. And the back door did not work. Had to use room key and could not get it to work. May have been related to the cold temperatures outside, but having to park in the back of the building and carry your luggage around to the front door in the snow was a little inconvenient.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and in a great location. It was very quiet all around the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Biscuits, gravy, egg/cheese omelets and sausage & sausage links. There were pancakes, cereal,muffins, cinnamon rolls, plus all the breads typical of a hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

I liked that it was extremely clean, that the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I loved the location, it was right next to Walmart so anything the hotel didn't have we were able to get pretty conveniently.

I really didn't like that the price was so high. I was really hoping the room would've had more things to it, maybe a Jacuzzi tub or something considering what the price of the room was.

Location, quiet, comfortable, ease of access, breakfast, spacious parking.

Hotel was nice, a little understaffed, but adequate. What was a problem was Booking.com screwing up the dates so I was unable to get the room I wanted. Second time they have messed up travel plans on me recently, I'm done with that website!

The day shift receptionist was very cordial and professional. She is an outstanding representative for the IHG hotel chain and should be commended for her excellent service! A personal debt of gratitude to her is the least I can do. Thank you so much!

I first made a call, and received good information from Amanda. When we arrived it was Amanda that checked us in and she was very professional and a great representative of Holiday Inn Express!

Pool was area was too hot and loud.

Location, cleanliness, free breakfast was good. Beds were comfy.

Could of been a *bit* cleaner-the shower curtain was wore out, found a dead baby spider in our room, bathroom floors a little dirty. ALSO The breakfast person didn't come in so the poor employee ws having to work the front desk and make breakfast the morning we left. She was overwhelmed and guests were being rude to her. She shouldnt be responsible for two huge areas if someone calls in
