Quiet and peaceful, we were blessed to face the ocean and listen to the waves 24/7. Location is perfect, private so only others that were staying there shared the complex, so it felt safe and worry free. Loved the pools, hot tubs and Sunsets, sunsets, sunsets 💕

If I HAD to mention one thing, it’s barely worth mentioning but a new dishwasher and washing machine would serve this unit well. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes well and had a terrible oder so I ended up doing quite a bit by hand ( which I would say is not what I want to spend my vacation doing lol ) and the washer didn’t really get my clothes clean, even just a few things at a time. And some simple tide pods, salt and pepper on hand so we don’t have to go shopping right away would be a nice touch. Thanks for the dishwashing stuff, that helped. All this to say I would stay again in a heartbeat but these were the things that crossed my mind and thought I would give for feedback. No actual complaints at all. We were comfortable and blessed for such private quarters and facilities

all went well in every way, on our 9th morning the adjacent unit caused severe grinding noises repairing the unit, it was so loud we had to leave for the day. I took videos of the noise from inside our unit, went to the unit being repaired took more videos. Went to the office to complain, were instructed to contact main office in Oahu. we sent the videos, they upgraded us to another ocean view unit for the remaining 5 days, lots of stairs to climb but was worth it. First time staying there, but was familiar with the resort due to friends who had stayed there, and had upon former visits, had visited and knew the amenities of the property.

The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely view of a fairway on a golf course and lots of beautiful landscaping on the grounds. The unit was close to pools. Basic kitchen items were provided. Air conditioning was not included in the base price but could be provided for an additional charge per day. We did not use the AC and found the temperature to be comfortable with windows open and fans in use.

Parking spaces were a bit tight but we had a large vehicle.

We stayed in Room 404 for 5 nights. It was very clean and spacious. You can tell the owners and staff took great care of the condo. We really appreciated the full size kitchen, and a large laundry including a dryer. The beds were comfortable and the views of the golf course was wonderful. Condo also included tennis racquets and balls, as well as pickleball set and snorkle gear to use. Excellent restaurants only a short drive away.

We liked the staff, the location, and the abundant, well maintained and diverse facilities. Our room was very good and right on the golf course with a large shady lanai to relax on.

Not much to dislike. There are some very minor repairs/maintenance required in the condo: refrigerator drawers broken, there is a cracked tile near the fridge that may cause a cut on a foot, a blind in the spare room that would not adjust, and the master bed is very squeaky.

The three different pools were fabulous with the BBQ facilities. The pool table as well. It would be nice if units had boogie boards and beach chairs, umbrellas so all visitors didn't have to purchase these. We left some boogie boards behind. Also, when I booked it said there was one queen, one king and 2 twins but the 2 twins were couches in the living room which was not as ideal.

See above please about bed setup. The recycling could have been more clearly marked for recycling cans at poolsides and beside condo units. As well, there were no cutting boards in the unit.

The ocean pool was lovely. The room (suite) was huge and comfortable. Loved having a usable kitchen. There was covered assigned parking for our rental car. The property has 3 pools. We had an ocean view room, with a lanai, including outdoor furniture and a sushi bar, which was all very nice. Our suite had 2 bathrooms, which was great.

The $275 "cleaning fee" regardless of how long the stay is unfair and too high. The $30 "service fee" is a junk fee, for which we received literally no service. We did not initially sign up for air conditioning ($25 extra per day), but we later called to arrange for it. No one answered, so we left a message and were promised a return phone call. No phone call. We called the next morning with the same result and no return phone call. For this "service" we were charged $30? We never got the air conditioning and received no other service from the hotel. In other words, they'll nickel and dime you to death, The resort is very nice but the management's policies are predatory.

Next to the beach, spacious facility, clean room and affordable price. The only problem is the management: we are charged extra fees for the air conditioning, this is the first time in my travel experience!!

Location was easy to get too and close to everything, pools were nice after a long day on the beach, and friendly, helpful staff. The unit had beach chairs and umbrella which were handy.

We had requested a 3 bedroom and when arrived we were given a 2 bedroom. Two of our party had to sleep on air mattresses which was not ideal.

bed was hard and really uncomfortable. painful on hips and shoulders, couldn’t get well needed rest, not being able to sleep is a deal breaker. no a/c. old outdated interior ( carpet, furniture stove burners broken, unit needs complete upgrades. fridge leaks water when defrosting. need extra soap packets for washing machine and dishwasher. only one provided. lack of pans for cooking. Need to seal up under sink cabinet in kitchen to keep big two inch Amazon cockroaches out of the facility. My girlfriend was terrified quite frankly.
