Room was bigger than expected. Had plenty of room to get comfortable. Breakfast was pretty decent.

When we arrived nobody was at the front desk. Stood there for several minutes. Called them on the phone nobody answered. Yelled out for someone nobody ever came. We had just drove 5 hours. It was late at night and we just wanted to go to sleep. Finally went walking around the hotel and found an employee. He came to the front to check us in and gave me the hardest time about our reservation. Saying it was never received they didn't have any rooms available and every excuse in the book but I kept insisting it was there then he finally put my name in and magically my reservation popped up. About 30 minutes later we were able to get into our room.

From the moment we pulled up to the moment we went in to check in and got to our room was perfect! Everything was just great! We didn't get to try breakfast because we decided to sleep in but from the looks of it we'd have had a lot of choices! It looked like a mini buffet set up. The indoor pool was an absolute plus! We really enjoyed our stay, it was quiet the entire time. Everything met our expectations! Be sure to either have a card or cash for $100.00 damage deposit!

There wasn't anything we didn't really like! As for me I wish the fitness center had some dumbell weights in there but it was okay the few machines they did have were just fine!

The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The pool seemed nice, a lot of people were enjoying it. The staff were very nice.

I am glad they decided to close it earlier than usual. I could hear the people in the pool all the way up to my room on the 3rd floor. One of the TVs were a little tricky to figure out. I wish they had smart TVs so I could have logged into Netflix or something. An extra blanket would be nice too.

We have stayed here before we like the location alot the front Desk clerk was super nice Our Room was clean I ALWAYS do a thorough check and clean anywhere we stay we didn't see any Bugs which was a SUPER PLUS💫 We also had enough Linen for our stay there were 2 Tvs in our room as well

We stayed in a suite the only problem we had was the Bedroom part didn't get Cool until like 1 a.m. in the morning 😟 but once it got cool all was good so we definitely will be staying again in a couple months

my 2 days/nights culminated a 3 week long retreat/ reboot after the loss of my wife. i stayed in 9 different hotels from gainesville to key west to panama city/ none were as complete and inviting as the country inn and suites by radisson. I was able to get a discounted room which was still better than a room i stayed at in key largo for 3 times the price.. kudos all around.

The one bedroom suite was great! The bedroom area had a door sealing it off from the bathroom (with its own door) and from the living room area. The pressure of the shower was very strong unlike other places we stayed where pressure was too low. The rooms were clean and the quiet. The evening and morning staff were very friendly. The breakfast was above average.

The only item I would like to see improved is the bath towels - they were small and thin.

Rooms very clean

I left my robe on the back of the door and they claim I didn’t leave it there. I called three times and they denied finding it. I told the manager and he was very dismissive about my situation I explained where I left it and he denied the staff found it. Very disappointing the staff wouldn’t turn in my robe to the lost and found Needless to say I won’t be returning to this property

Billie Jean checked us in. it was late at night, she upgraded our room, which was beautiful, she was extremely pleasant, and next morning, she was still smiling and quite attentive watching over breakfast and making sure everyone had what they needed. New front desk person also very friendly. Loved this place, the room, the breakfast, and the staff was the best of anywhere I have stayed in recent years. will always stop here on our way to Florida each year now.

Everything was very nice & clean, the staff was very nice. Also the bed was very big & comfy. The room was absolutely beautiful & Food places, the bar or whatever was in hands reach very nice location...A good home away from home... Absolutely loved the hospitality of the staff & the cleanliness & upkeep of the building.... Thank You!

The location was great and just a short drive from Mercer University. The room was a good size.

The room smelled a little musty upon entry. It is probably because there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We could have used larger pillows on the king size bed.
