BIG HUGE shout out to the 2 ladies that made a crazy day a lot smoother for my family, to Krystal, thank you for making my later than expected check in so simple after such a long crazy day, your hospitality does NOT go unnoticed and hard to come by!! To Kutina, the fact that you went above and beyond to fix an error that I made when booking and found us the cot we needed to sleep comfortably, I am so grateful! You two ladies set the bar for a great example of how guests should be treated! Once again, thank you ladies so much for your amazing service, especially being so late at night!!!

Location was quite easily accessible. Breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit (banana) was really appreciated. None of my belongings were moved or pilfered! The desk clerk on every shift proved to be very cordial, polite and helpful!

The smell of cigarette smoke was often noticed in the bathroom, probably entering through the ventilation duct from the first floor bathroom. I discovered that the scary creaking/squeaking sound at night was from under the bed whenever I began moving around.

The bed is comfy and no rif raf coming through. Breakfast is good.

I booked a room with a king size bed and a sofa on the 1st floor, when we arrived we went to our room and it was a super small room with a table n 1 chair and the bed looked like it was a full size and it was upstairs. We went back to complain and was told that they are going through renovations and booking.com doesn't know what's in the rooms amd has nothing to do with them, we were furious she wasn't nice and talked to someone on the phone like it was our fault saying we didn't like the room because of the 1 chair, NO, its not what we booked and paid for period, soo whomever she was speaking to got us into a bigger room and better but still upstairs, which is very hard on my body walking up and down the stairs.

Convenient to the high way and all the local restaurants. The king bedroom with a jacuzzi was nice.

The water pressure for the water was sad, and the water temp was one extreme or the other, it was hard to get it to stay in a happy temp. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower curtain. The sink faucet was falling apart.

Location was great, it was clean, staff was nice and it was quiet.

Our key stopped working which was a pain for loading up to leave. We got this room for the jet tub it was an extra $45 not really worth the extra as it was outdated and you had to push the button super hard to even get it to work.

This is the only place I stay now when visiting Weeki Wachee Florida. Alahondra treated like family from the first day I checked in. No it's not a 5 star hotel but clean, quite, cheap and no trouble and safe area . Lots of lighting and security cameras.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice, Property was quiet.

Was double charged for holding (300.00), found food crumbs under the bed, Toilet sits really low, a taller one would be a bit more comfortable, and the bed is a bit uncomfortable.

Room could have easily fit a small table and chair/s. Also, more importantly, the smoke detector was disconnected and placed in the closet. This was the primary reason for not giving a perfect score. Huge safety violation and probably illegal.

The Shower was the only issue - needs to be improved. The beds and pillows were adequate and comfortable. Our pups were welcomed and clean areas to walk them.

The location was great, very close to the mermaid show. The staff was great. The bed was great. The room was clean. The hotel looked freshly painted.

The bathroom needs to be remodeled. The big holes in the pavement around the hotel need to be repaired.
