Location is brilliant. Loads of lovely eating places and really close to the beach. Room was clean.

Safe didn’t work, no front desk so didn’t feel our things were safe. Asked someone to fix it, took forever to come and made several excuses not to come. TV wasn’t working and no WiFi- again, didn’t seem particularly interested in fixing it. It started working itself the second of three nights. There was a leak in the ceiling- thankfully we noticed and were able to keep our cases away from it. Difficult to find the entrance despite extensive instructions. Also worth noting there is no lift so you need to haul (4 heavy in our case) cases up the stairs. I didn’t see this noted in the advert for the room. Location was great and I liked the fact it was gates but I probably wouldn’t stay again. A reception desk would definitely help.

Good - excellent location, perfect spot to explore all Miami has to offer, everything is a short walk or Lyft away. Basic but clean Accomodation. Bad - no where to hang towels so hard to dry them, there was a fire alarm while we were there and we had no communication from the staff to explain what was going on. Be aware: 1. this is on Española way, a busy exciting street. We stayed Monday-Friday and the noise was not bad, could not hear with ear plugs. Air conditioning unit outside our room was loud but didn’t bother us. 2. You will not see or interact with any staff during your stay. Think of this more as an air bnb than a hotel

Apartment had all requirements for us to make ourselves at home - full kitchen, bathroom, living room, spacious apartment. We liked the location - walking distance to the beach and lots of nightlife and activity happening near us (despite being directly above Espanola Way, we had almost no street noise in our room). While we were in Miami, there was a severe thunderstorm over a few days with lots of rain, the staff put sandbags at the entrance to prevent flooding. Our room also had some leaking through the ceiling - again, the staff were responsive and did what they could to address the issue, even offering to change our room.

The only complaint we had was the lack of hooks and rails in the apartment, which made drying our towels and wet clothing a bit of a challenge.

The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It was a very good value for the money. The best part was the location right on Espanola Way in a historic art deco style building. We had a maintenance issue with the shower and it was replaced immediately! The air conditioning system is too loud and needs maintenance.

Keyless entrance and no staff on site--hotel bombards you with pre-travel emails, texts, pre-arrival forms to fill out, etc. so you might think they are good at communications -- BUT they fail to tell you that to access the front door and your room you must add a checkmark to the code you punch in. The 24/7 phone number to call if you have problems entering the property was not staffed well at 12:00 midnight when I arrived and was locked out. I was on hold for an undetermined amount of time. Room & bathroom is great especially for the very cheap price, but travel lite, since there is no elevator and it's tough to drag a checked bag up three flites of stairs.

My family and I enjoyed staying here, the location is wonderful. The room was well stocked and clean.

The room smelled musty after the second morning until we left. The shower has no door and water was running into the floor.

We loved every bit. It was very tidy, the rooms were perfect, kitchen was clean, bathroom big enough, there is airconditioning, free beachtowels. The instructions were very easy to follow. You get discount for restaurants and bars in the area (definatly go to the first one on your left when you leave the building, they have great tapas and are so friendly). We would go back to this place if we ever visit Miami again.

It was a bit hard to find at first. Communication through booking.com did not go well (got no answer). But you get a fast response when you mail them. There is 1 airconditioning that's linked to the whole space (bedrooms included). So you can't choose seperatly how warm/cold you want it.

Location was the best. Close to the beach, right next to many restaurants, easy to get around. Though it was on the busy street my room was quiet.

The lock is very tricky and there was a day it stopped working, but the Kasa team was pretty responsive and fixed the issue quickly. Coffeemaker was… not great. I felt like I was perpetually under caffeinated because of that and having a hard time finding decent coffee elsewhere. I am from Seattle though so that is a high bar.

Room was very nice, comfy bed, great location, quiet despite location in a busy area.

The only negative thing is lot of formalities on Kasa’s website that have to be filled out and the 250$ deposit - it seemed very rare thing in a hotel.

The location was great and room was surprisingly spacious. Staff was onsite when I checked in which was helpful. The street noise was a little loud, but the room had sound machines and that helped block some of the noise so I had no problem sleeping. I also liked that they have water available for guests to refill their water bottles. And a cute little common area with balcony overlooking the restaurants. We sat out there one night with some wine and it was lovely.

I didn’t experience this because staff was onsite when I arrived, but we did see a number of other guests arrive and they were confused about the process. I can see how the instructions provided can be overwhelming and confusing for self check in. I was glad I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. Also, stairs only so you will have to carry luggage up and down (although they helped me carry mine up so that was nice).
