The hotel was very clean and the pool area was lovely. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The shuttles were excellent! The drivers were so fun and friendly, and they would take us anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The hotel is very conveniently located.

We weren't told there was construction going on, and there was a lot of it. For that inconvenience, I think a bit of a discount would have been nice. Instead, we had to pay for our own continental breakfast. The online pics need to be updated. The rooms look nothing like the pics.

Camila was amazing at the front desk. She was so helpful, despite it being busy I checked in in less than 10 minutes. My room was not yet ready and was told I would get a call. When I explained that I couldn't get international calls, Camila offered her Whatsapp which was super helpful. I also was able to change my bags without being rushed while they held my suitcase. Package pick up and check out was easy. Beautiful views of the lagoon. Clean, spacious and affordable. I think I couldn't change the AC temp so that was the only thing. but still was a 10/10.

The hotel is really nice and clean, with a very efficient airport shuttle that got us in time for our flight. The rooms are accessible in price, for Miami, and the location is good if you want to stay close to the airport. The rooms are really clean and the beds are super comfortable, with breakfast included, so if you're passing through Miami only for 1 or 2 nights, I highly recommend it. There might be cheaper options, of course, but the price/comfort ratio is quite good with this one.

There wasn't much in my short stay that I disliked. Maybe the breakfast could be more varied, but I didn't have enough time to eat due to my flight departing quite early. A restaurant nearby at walking distance could be a great addition, although you can always call delivery.

Despite the fact that the property is/was under renovation, it remained a perfect retreat at the end of a hectic week of conferences. The Manager is a man of his word! He made me a promise which he kept and I truly appreciated it. I was deeply touched and grateful for his integrity. As a result, I was able to cancel my road-trip to Orlando during the Easter week and retreat in Miami instead. It was a welcomed relief. Hat's off to all of the Receptionists, they all went above and beyond the call of duty, to ensure that my stay was great. Finally, it would be remisce of me, if I did not mention the Night Female Secuirty Officer who came to my rescue one night to assist me in getting my large and cumbersome packages to my room after hours, and refused to let me tip her for her act of kindness. This was service above self, and I was very humbled by it all.

We stayed for one night prior to our cruise. We appreciated the staff and ability to call for an airport to hotel shuttle. Check in was easy and the hotel room was comfortable and quiet. We always appreciate the convenience of hotels that offer breakfast. It was your typical eggs, pastries, yogurt and self made pancakes but it was a good way to start the day. There is no restaurant/bar on site or within walking distance but we utilized Uber eats the night before and ate on their patio which overlooked the water. Overall good stay and great staff.

The room was cozy and clean. The continental breakfast was yummy and the pool was refreshing. When I booked originally the hotel was changing their room types and I did not get a double queen room as requested but instead a king and pull out bed when we arrived. There was 4 of us and the GM switched our room the next night at no extra charge. Complimentary shuttle service took us for free within a 3 mile radius so we were able to do some last minute shopping before our cruise.

Booking a hotel on line is a gamble. It is difficult to know how safe the area is or how accurate the photos and reviews are. This hotel was the best we have stayed at recently. It is beautiful, clean, great decor...No complaints here.

We did not have our own transportation and restaurants are not in walking distance. Thank goodness for delivery services. It would be helpful if more information could be provided on surrounding restaurants with delivery service in the room or at the front desk.

Because we were traveling the same time there was a music festival this room although nice was not worth double the normal price. Other than that, I recommend this hotel. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The shuttle was worth its weight in gold. They picked us up at the airport and took us later to a restaurant. There is a 3rd party shuttle to the port, which is reasonably priced $15 per person on our visit.

Holiday Inn it's room size are good anoihh and it was a comfort one. Spacious too even bathrooms. Facilities like microwave ,fridge ,coffee machines too.

Provide some vegan or vegetarian options in your breakfast. As I am vegetarian I had only bread ,bagels and jam,spreads,coffee as my options which was not a happy one. I choose Holiday Inn as we had breakfast option and that was not a satisfying one. In UK we have good options for vegetarians in Holiday Inn.
