My 4yo didn’t want to leave the resort, he wanted to stay and play at the playground! LOTS of things for the kids to do, definitely a family resort. Childless families/couples may want to look elsewhere, although my wife and I did enjoy the pool, clean facilities (with onsite laundry) and large breakfast buffet. For families this is tough to beat, and the price is great.

The driving can be tricky and has gotten worse since my last visit (like the rest of Orlando), but I believe there’s a shuttle service to the parks but we didn’t use it so I can’t comment.

The staff is very attentive they are very friendly and resolve concerns immediately they make you feel welcome..if you looking for something like low budget stay I would recommend you going here instead of other places with almost same night rate. Be aware this place is like red roof in or super eight they have upgraded painted and done other maintenance updates so it's not a run down place but the setup is same like those places mentioned above. Plenty things to keep your kids engaged and occupied recommend this place definitely for kids

Our bathroom was not very clean. Some towels had stains. we had a clogged sink they sent immediately someone up he came in thrice for the problem, but the problem never got resolved. Be aware you room might be facing the playground common area or pool the music is blasting till 9pm. After that the pool and kids club might be closed but people after 9pm still kept using the playground even at 10 pm it was very noisy.

Rooms are redone and clean. Breakfast was decent and satisfying, nothing to write home about but nothing bad to say about it. I understand the pool hours but wished it was open later because I like to go for a quick swim after getting back from the parks.

The staff is absolute fantastic.

Is not a resort. Is like a normal Inn. The acoustic of the rooms is not good.

I was very satisfied with the overall value for money. The rooms were not only clean but also very comfortable, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The space felt welcoming and quiet, which made for a pleasant stay. In general, everything met or exceeded my expectations.

For a hotel that caters to families and children, I found it quite concerning that the nightstands are made of glass. One night, my child fell off the bed and came dangerously close to hitting his head on the nightstand — something that could have resulted in a much more serious accident. The sharp corners make it even more hazardous. While I appreciated the overall value, cleanliness, and comfort of the rooms, I strongly believe that the furniture design should be reconsidered to better ensure the safety of young guests.

Buckle up because this is going to be a long review. If you are considering booking your stay here, DO IT! I've stayed at 5 star resorts and this place beats them. That says alot. It is so CLEAN and the staff is constantly tidying up. They have a large park area filled with tree houses, small toddler houses, swings, firepits for adults, giant connect four, toddler water toys, toddler toys in general- literally EVERYTHING. They have a volleyball court and a soccer field... a full gym.. gaming area.. bouncehouse.. character breakfast.. the list goes on and on. The pool area has padded lawn chairs, padded couches, toys for children and blow ups as well and is clean and immaculate. Towels are poolside. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are wonderful, they walk around tidying up and helping you with whatever you need. The breakfast buffet consists of eggs, sausage, mickey waffles, fresh cut fruits (oranges, pineapple...), donuts, toast and bagels, yogurt and a cereal bar. There also is a make your own waffle area with sprinkles and toppings for your waffles along with just about every brand of syrup (IHOP, aunt Jemima, ect). Halfway through breakfast they blasted the song "YMCA" and had a minion come out and dance with the children! So awesome. They also have coffee and juices as well as water. This hotel has a full starbucks and food area to which you can order room service from. The food consists of Spanish foods, Mexican delights and Armenian goodies as well as typical American foods and are all very affordable. The rooms are super clean and fresh and come with lots of cute towel set ups, soap, conditioner and shampoo (not the 2 in 1 crap most hotels offer) which I loved. The beds are insanely comfy something I've never experienced at a hotel and the pillows are awesome. The whole place is amazing for families and super convenient at every turn.

Location was great, close to stores and restaurants (sit-down and fast food). Close to the parks and overall easy access. Staff was very nice, the included breakfast is a plus and the facilities include kid friendly options, family room, shared space with drinking water and a microwave for all to use. Room was adequate for the time spent in it.

Room cleaning is set up for every 3 days, which might be too much for a bussy group, even though trash and towels are managed daily. Cleaning under the beds and behind the beds needs improvement. I'm the type that always checks under the bed before leaving a hotel, and once seen can't be unseen.

The room was nice and clean. The kids loved all of the activities available and the grounds. The pool was somewhat heated, which we loved, It could have been a little warmer, but not frigid. They staff was friendly and breakfast was nice.

The pool could have been warmer for advertising a heated pool. There was no restaurant but everything we saw said there was one. Next time I would probably request to be in a room on the first floor because there were no elevators to get up to the top floor, and I had my mom with me, who is older and had a harder time with the stairs.

Checking in was good and the young lady was nice , resort was very nice comfortable and clean !! Now the check out on the other hand was horrible and the young man at the front desk that morning around 6:30 am was more interested in talking to his buddy on the phone and checking for an email from what I gathered , finally when he asked if I was checking out I told him yes and asked if he needed to know the room number for the return on the deposit he said I was all set. Well it’s been four days since I checked out, which was April 2 when I called the resort today and spoke to somebody from the front desk, they told me that they had just now released it because I asked about it so if I wouldn’t have called, my deposit would’ve still been sitting in their hands was only because I called my bank and they told me that they were waiting on the resort to release it and to find out didn’t do it the more I checked out because I don’t know was more interested in his emails and his phone call and actually helping the guest out resulted in me now having to wait more days for my deposit. This is why people don’t like even deposits on hold for him.
