Location, price, cleanliness of the room - all were good.

The access was a bit challenging to the room the morning of checkout. Because the rooms are located over the restaurant and bar, which were closed when we were ready to check out, we needed to leave by way of the gravel parking area. Unfortunately, it had flooded from the rain the night before, so it was a bit hard to get loaded up. Fortunately, a maintenance worker was in site, and allowed us to eventually check out through the restaurant area.

We were attending a formal wedding at a nearby location which began at 4:00 pm. We flew in from Europe and requested to check in a half hour before scheduled check in time of 4:00 pm and explained that after a long flight, we needed to change to formal attire. I was connected to a woman who stated she was the manager and she simply said we could not check in until 4:00pm. This was impossible for us since the ceremony began at the same time. We had to leave the wedding in the middle of the reception because check in was not possible after 10:00 pm. This was all very inconvenient, but regardless, the room was clean and comfortable.

4 perfectly located rooms facing the water, away from road noise. The onsite restaurant and bar are some of the best in the area. Noise from the bar does not carry up to rooms. Great staff, fun locals. Jet ski, kayak, and paddle board rentals available onsite. It doesn't look like a resort, but it can definitely serve as one.

I wouldn't change a thing. This is a great getaway whether it's home base for exploring or hunkering down for days. It's not fancy, but neither are the Keys. Best bang for your buck and conveniently located.

This is a very small place with only four rooms...but they are on the second floor with a huge private open patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A spectacular view and if you get up early a fantastic sun rise. On property is a great seafood restaurant right below the rooms and a fun tiki hut bar right on the ocean. If you want to have some water fun...there is a jet ski and kyack rental on site. A great place to vacation in the Florida Keys and only one hour from Miami.

There is no swimming pool on site.

the epic wharf and tiki bar vibe restaurant that lights up so romantically at night. the water is stunning and the cute rooms overlook the bay! we thought we were renting a cute little yellow room fit for a granny but boy were we surprised to find the Red room from 50 shades of grey. sultry artwork, red and black accents complete with a walk in shower for two and a mirror on the ceiling if that’s your jam. really good couples getaway spot with a twist.

Bed was good, and clean. The balcony above the music was good, but two more chairs on the balcony that sit higher would permit easy view of the water and sky. The Night waiter was awesome.

Replace missing pieces on blinds, it was hard to twist the little part almost above my reach. A couple of coat hangers would be helpful and a table top to work at. The damaged floor in the room was unsettling. There was no mention of the Harry Harris Park Beach, I would have liked to check it out.

Location is delightful, rooms are lovely and the restaurant is right by the water.

Staff greediness was what ruined our stay here! The cocktails have no prices and the food is overpriced. My husband was actually accosted about our tip we left! Tips are a show of gratitude and should not be a guaranteed entitlement! When paying over $240 for just 4 pasta dishes and 8 drinks (there was 4 people) why should we have to pay another nearly $50 tip!! And then be intimidated to pay more than we did! Also, the actual place doesn't open till 4pm! I mean there is No one around! We had to drive somewhere else just to get a drink after a long drive.

Great views! It was fun to have a room right over the restaurant. We had dinner there and enjoyed the live band. The room itself is not special but it worked fine. The bedspread was ripped and you have to park across the street, pulling luggage across gravel. It seemed a little overpriced, but it was also a very unique experience. Note the restaurant does not serve coffee in the morning which was disappointing. Overall we would recommend it.

The outdoor bar and restaurant were very nice, and the music was a bonus. The food was good and the bartenders were attentive. The patio outside of our room was comfortable and faced the ocean.

The room reminded me of a basic beach motel. There was no hair dryer, so luckily I had one. Also, there were no plastic cups in the room, but there was an ice bucket. A small coffee maker was available, with only 2 pods and the restaurant opened at 4, so you couldn't get any extra coffee or ice.
