Clean, fairly priced, good breakfast, clean room, and friendly staff.

The only inconvenience was that the light switch for the bathroom also lit up the vanity area. There were not separate light switches for the bathroom and vanity, so when you turn the bathroom light on the vanity light came on and was pretty bright in the hotel room . We had our two-year-old sleeping in a pack and play in our hotel room. After he went to sleep, we had to use the flashlight on our phone to take a shower. This is a minor drawback.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the room keys in all Hilton hotels internationally but they were always available to help.

The air conditioning unit wasn't working in our room. It was just blowing in warm air. The workmen did replace it when we mentioned it but they left it at 64 degrees, really cold. The key issue wasn't great either as our emergency key didn't work.

The room was well set up and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! There were snacks available on site and a restaurant a short walk away. Many other restaurants/stores and the beach were a short drive away. We did not use the pool but it looked to be well maintained.

The only negative was that the bed was a little hard.

The hotel was amazing. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns but this one felt a little more impeccable. Friendly and helpful staff and soo many breakfast options, all yummy! The pool area is very nice and comfortable. I even fell asleep in a lounge chair. The location was amazing, convenient located next to a Walmart and a couple of food options. Fort Myers Beach was about a 10 mins drive.

The only thing I didn’t like is that my card was charged for a partial amount on the first night of my stay without my knowledge. I was hoping that I wouldn’t be overcharged but at checkout everything was adjusted. Also not necessarily a dislike but I personally prefer showers over tubs at hotels.

It was all good

The only complaint is my boyfriend is 6 3 (73 inches) so we need a king and a queen at the smallest for it to be long enough for him, so i made sure to get a king(80 inches) room. The bed was not a king, his feet were off the bed, so we thought it ok maybe its king long ways, so he laid the width of the bed which was exactly his length.

Despite it's distance from the airport/beach, there is usable buses right next door for both of them. There are two diners next to it, and one Walmart, so the location was very convinient with no car. The room was clean, comfortable, well equipped and big. The pool, breakfast and staff was also nice.

Not their fault, in hurricane season maybe the beach is unusable if it was just hit by one, this was our case. We stayed just one night while traveling through so the pool was just enough.

Loved that I was on the ground floor and easy access to the outside for my dog. Breakfast was great! Especially, loved the pumpkin spiced waffls.

The room temperature was not very consistent. My towels wouldn't dry because it wsa so humid in the room. The shower head was spraying water from the ceiling to my face and couldn't be fixed. It was a very unusual shower configuration with two heads.

Every employee had a smile and positive energy that carried over to others !! Breakfast was above and clean , again very passionate for their hotel which showed everyday over a holiday weekend!!! And most importantly treated my dog as their best friend too !!

Entire hotel was clean . There was someone walking around checking on a regular basis. We had great parking right by the side door. Front desk staff was helpful And friendly. Breakfast was good. We found out through a flyer in the room about a trolley to take us to the beach.. I asked about it at the front desk and was given the schedule. Instead of battling traffic and paying $20 to park we were able to take the trolley for under a dollar for 2 . Great location off the beaten path. Our room was very comfortable. We spent the afternoon in our room hanging out because it was so hot at the beach. Then we relaxed at the pool. All in all it was a good trip.

I didn't like it when It was time to go home

Individual Customer service ( all I know - he was an ex soccer player) at check in was great, really professional and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and overall the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed
