12 min away from Rock Springs. Breakfast was fresh and individually wrapped. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, Staff was friendly, and very helpful. Room smelled, and felt fresh, like you can tell they put effort into cleaning it. Facility was clean with plenty of parking space. Overall it was great! Thank you!

Kinda akward entrance, but only because of construction. Poolwater seemed a little green and there was some strange bubbles on one side. Breakfast room is super small, crowded, and chaotic, but still the food is individually wraped and kept neat, and staff super helpful. Did not see any No Smoking signs and there were some sketchy looking men smoking on the stairs where we had to squeeze by. Curtains are thick, but too small for the windows and the light from outside was too bright at night and I could not sleep that good.

Breakfast was suppose to be included. They had no food out you had to ask for a bagel they Brang one each out. Cereal was there but no spoons had to eat it with a fork. They need to go to Hampton inn and view the breakfast bar.

Easy check in, ample parking, freezer in room.

Ice machine may have been broken (but had been serviced so may not have made ice yet), breakfast was sparse... No jam for toast, not much protein, no hot chocolate.

Room was big liked fridge and microwave complimentary breakfast staff very pleasant

No hot water on our Jan 7-9. Hotel staff promised 30% discount cause we had no hot water there was a busted water mane. But since we booked through Price line we did not get the discount.

The room was very impressive in comparision to other Days Inn. This is truly a gem. The room was exceptionally clean and it was evident it had been newly renovated and detailed. Huge TV, beautiful welcoming artwork, clean tub and new fluffy towels. I was very impressed. The manager, (Chez?), was so friendly and helpful. This establishment sets the bar very high.

Checking in with Booking.com was easy and affordable. Isaac at Days Inn cheerfully welcomed me and checked me in. Taisha, welcomed me to the hotel breakfast and was very nice to talk to. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, heater/ac worked great, everything was perfect but the broken handicapped shower seat.

Broken shower seat, called hotel staff at 8pm and she said he'd look for another one and call me back, but never called. My room was right next to the office too.

Its cheap and good standard.

Improper break fast

Room was okay, fantastic and professional receptionist. Breakfast options unfortunately limited to sweet stuff. After seeing some of other reviews I was little worried but fortunately no problems in our case.

The staff was really nice. The breakfast was really nice especially the different condiments for the bread. Loved the oatmeal, juice and coffee.

The only two things I didn't like was the comforter was really thin and there was no extra. Also the floor could have been mopped better, but other than that everything was perfect .

the front desk lady was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

the small couch in the room was very dirty. Everything else was good tho.
