The facilities were very well kept. It reminded us of a luxury apartment. Thank you!

The connection between third party booking websites with the hotel. It was confusing to both employee and us when trying to check in. The reservation was under the middle name instead first or last name. The employee said we didn’t have a reservation. It was not necessarily the employees’s fault, but it’s something that needs addressing. Thank you for a wonderful stay regardless of the small error in the computer.

Room was ok clean upon arrival. They had dishes and pots and pans. So I didn’t need to bring my own. I was able to cook a meal for my family with no problem. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Very worth the price. We would stay again.

The vents were very dusty. So I did have to remove it. Because my family gets very stuffy from dust. We had to pay for parking for our stay. I found that to be very odd. When that should be included with the stay. And the pool was closed already it was still summer/summer weather.

Location, location, location. Besides the location, the front desk staff (Ms Carrol and Ms Shania) were attentive and resourceful. The size of the rooms was better than average.

The counters microwave and refrigerator were not cleaned very well. The Booking website offered an upgrade for a room with a fireplace, but they took all fireplaces out, and I was not refunded for it. I did not see a $5 per/day parking fee on Booking.com either. We had a leak from the adjacent room that soaked our floor carpet overnight so we were upgraded the next afternoon.

I love that it feels like an actual home. Coming from the extended stay America to here is a big difference. I love the full kitchen and the dishwasher is a plus!! There's enough room for me and my kids. The section I was put on is very quiet and you can't hear others in their rooms which makes my kids nap time a lot easier!!

Only down side my kitchen sink is leaking but they were prompt about sending someone out to fix it in the morning.

Felt like home the minute we walked into the front office. Then the sense of comfort and cleanliness from our room made me so happy.

The only complaint we had was the neighbor’s having a loud party, but the hotel staff put a stop to that immediately once they were made aware!

Our room was easy to find and we loved the loft style room, the kids enjoyed having their own space. We loved the pool.

The cleaning could use a little work. The bed on my husbands side was sticky like someone had spilled a soda and there was some old pretzels and a pair of sunglasses on the floor. The conditioner dispenser was broken in our shower and someone else’s hair was stuck to the underside of it.

I liked the staff it was clean, pool clean , close to shopping facilities, restaurants wasn't noisy the ice maker in fridge was very nice to have and the stove n microwave

No beef or turkey options, they had vegan crumbles but no meat options but pork I don't eat pork. Clean but did not like the smell of pot outside but it's legal now so what can you do.

It was super clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Amenities were great.

Buildings could have had clearer labels (I had a hard time finding the right building in the dark). One of the chairs at the kitchen counter was loose and rocked. Key cards seemed to stop working around 9am but I didn’t check with the office because we were leaving.

- The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and helpful. - Breakfast is extensive. - The room has a fully equipped kitchen, with all you need to cook. It also has a dishwasher. - The room is really large, well suited for a family.

- The carpet in the room was dirty. - There were only 2 chairs in the room, while we booked for 4 people. That is not handy to have diner with 4.

Loved the 2 bedroom suite. One king upstairs and 2 beds in bedroom downstairs. Kitchen and living room. 3 tv’s for my grandkids. They lived it.

Pancake maker at breakfast was not working correctly so the boys missed out on their pancakes. However they were doing everything they could to fix it.
