The property seems fairly new. Areas were well maintained and clean.

In our room (1 bedroom with living room), the main vent for the air conditioning was in the living room. There was a different vent high on the wall that connected the living room and bedroom. It seemed this was the only way the air was supposed to get into the bedroom. As you might guess, this was not successful. Even with keeping the door between the two rooms open, for the bedroom to be cooled at all, the living room (where one of my sons slept, was freezing. This was disappointing and seemed odd considering the building is newer.

The guest room exceeded expectations, I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it. The breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of room to meet in the lobby with my friends who were also along for the trip, staying in separate rooms. The shower in the bathroom was great. The kitchen was amazing and had anything one would need to cook with. Residence Inns cannot be beat by other similar hotels. I am a superfan.

Not the hotel's fault but I tried to use the EV charger on the property but was unable to as I did not have the correct app and it was torrentially raining out and I could not stand in the rain any more to deal with the issue. Had to drive to a Tesla supercharger a few miles away which was inconvenient. Also, the pool was closed at this time-- bummer. Finally, two erroneous charges appeared on my credit card statement; one for $20.65 and the other for over $160.00, after I had already been charged the $309.00 for the hotel room. I did not incur any extra charges and did not appreciate this surprise. I am still monitoring the charges and will dispute them if the remain on my credit card statement.

We like everything, this is the second time that we stayed in the same month. Me and my partner wanted a nice getaway and sometimes we don't get what we want but the fact that it was nice and quiet and peaceful around the area very good restaurants it was close around the areas that we love to go eat. The rooms were amazing nice and clean. This is definitely our go-to place to stay. Even the breakfast was nice and fresh honestly I thought the breakfast area would be packed and messy like other places that we've experienced but not here at all. Even the studio room is very spacious, we thought it was going to be really small but it was perfect.

Only thing hubby was disappointed but not too much is watching his movies usually we're able to just stream it right off from our phones without having to put all our information but that's the least part.

Breakfast was just OK ..came near the end not much to pick from. The staff at the desk was great! She helped us with directions and was very personable. Engaged in conversation and made us feel very welcome. Nice touch to a world that seems to want to not communicate in person. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.

Not your fault but gps didn’t get us to the correct spot. We had to find it by looking for the actual numbers on the signs. Took us to a church in wrong direction.

The room was laid out well. Despite being listed as a 'studio' it felt more roomy than most regular hotel rooms. Everything in the room felt new and worked well.

The breakfast was chaotic. When we arrived at 8:15am many of the food offerings were missing or empty. There was no fresh oatmeal, only the prepackaged kind with lots of sugar. Overall I'd love to see more low-sugar items with whole grains, as well as nuts, berries and other unprocessed fare.

Seemed newer and very clean. Breakfast was fresh and easy to get to. I would use this Hotel again if I am in the area.

The windows in my room did not latch and lock correctly and they whistled all night causing a little sleep issue. Was not worth having someone coming up or changing rooms at 1am. Ear buds in 😉

Beautiful living experience,nice staffs front desk or breakfast or room service, all very sweet. big space ,super big. and nice food, fresh air. big parking area. nice season for autumn.

The room was very clean and spacious. Although we did not use the kitchen it would be fabulous for guests who are staying more than one night. I would definitely stay again.

Ice machines on each floor would have been a bonus. Maybe a water on each night stand for the price.

Monday night front desk clerk was not very helpful for sympathetic. There was a minor booking mistake by booking.com.

The staff here are exceptional! The facilities are modern and clean! It is located in an area that makes it easy to get to shopping and dining opportunities.

The breakfast is little less than exciting.
