Friendly helpful staff. We didn't ask for room service, but staff was always helpful when we asked for towels and toilet paper. And when we had trash to take out, they helped us know where to put it. Always cheerful and nice. Clean grounds too. No after-hours noise. We used the washing machine, so nice. Nice to also be able to choose a sneak pop beverage in the pop machine. Thank you. Thank you. With the exceptionally hot Colorado weather it was hard for the AC to keep up later in the afternoon when we wanted to cool down. We know hotels don't usually have fans but when we asked for a fan they tried to accommodate us. We did go buy our own fan to help cool the room down and get the air moving. We were fine just hard to go out in the heat and sightsee and spend money and come back to a warm room. Darn it! We were in a back, Mountain side room. Thank you for always trying to help. Workers were also very helpful when the plug in didn't work one morning. Probably a thrown breaker. Everything was plugged into that outlet, 6 plug ins. It didn't happen again. Workers were helpful and checked on it and it was fixed when we returned hours later. Hey, things happen. Thank you. Thank you.

I really liked two things. One: the staff was very friendly and greeted me with smiles and answers to my questions. They were great! Two: while the building is older and shows some signs of use I thought it was very clean and looked after. I never saw a single bug, the room was exceptionally tidy with fresh bedding, towels and toiletries.

I was weary about the reviews until i received a courtesy call from the hostess. All of the host greeted us with smiles and uplifting energy in the lobby and provided me and my family with great accommodations. the complimentary breakfast was outstanding quality and it was worth the fare. not just bagels n nutrigrain bars. absolutely no complaints.

the property was well kept. it had all the standard amenities of any hotel on the market there weren’t any deficiencies. rooms were clean. bathrooms were safe all electronics and outlets worked.

Really enjoyed our short stay, friendly helpful staff and easy check in process. The area was close to the highway and had fast access to all over Colorado Springs.

Maybe if they had an indoor pool to go with this cold weather :)

This is a nice comfortable place to stay when visiting Colorado Springs, at a reasonable price. It is convenient to the freeway, but also local streets for getting downtown or anywhere along the Garden of the Gods road.

Easy to find.

Guy in next room stole a bike and had it in his room. 2 guys in lobby waiting 'to get his bike back'. Kindnof alarming and scary. Front desk clerk should have called 911 instead of getting interpreter for guys in lobby.
