The room was spacious, had a balcony, easy to get to. There was a hot tub and pool and plenty of outdoor furniture. The location was quiet and easy to get to our vacation destinations. Nice basecamp to relax at.

Utensils in the room would have been nice since we had a suite, we ate in a couple of times. We were able to go down to the restaurant and borrow some without difficulty though. One morning, the hot tub was disgusting. I am assuming that someone got in it with lotion or something as there was lots of foam and dirt in the foam (I have a hot tub at home so I am guessing). Nothing that the staff probably could have done differently. Guests - remember to shower before you get in as a courtesy to others!

We love the staff! My Wife had surgery on her knee before we arrived and they were proactive and very helpful in getting us into an accessible unit. They were also knowledgeable about the area and how to get about easier. The hotel restaurant had excellent people as well! Breakfast was crowded, but they worked diligently and kept a friendly and polite demeanor and pushed out all the meals. We would gladly stay here again - a great hotel with great people!

We were happy with everything. Nothing to dislike

The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel was in a good location. We liked that the room had a refrigerator and that the sink was outside of the rest of the bathroom. The property had places to gather inside and outside.

It would have been nice to have a mirror that wasn't in the bathroom or the sink area. We had 4 people and that area got a little crowded. The air conditioning fan didn't have an "on" position so that we could keep the fan running, so when it stopped at night it woke us up.

Excellent location -- so easy to get back and forth to campus and to all the errands I needed to run. LOVELY staff -- the young adults who staffed the front desk and the bar were attentive, friendly and very helpful. I complimented the manager and told him that his staff's customer service was excellent. One went out of her way to make oatmeal for my son (who had a fractured jaw), despite that it was not breakfast. Nice bar -- good cocktails -- kudos to the young gentleman who made my old fashioneds.

Cleanliness, location and peaceful

Since it was Booking.com booking there was a confusion about the payment . Hotel reception had charged successive amounts until a total is reached instead of one time payment with the credit card I submitted at the check-in. Not a big problem but it was a bit uncomfortable!

It was very clean and everyone that I interacted with was very kind and helpful.

There was so much heat on in the hallway and entryway that I could not spend any time in the common area or bar/restaurant. I am from Arizona and it was uncomfortably warm. It spilled into our room which was on the first floor and it made sleeping difficult due to the heat.

John was great in getting us a nice room. Quiet and relaxing hotel. Nice pool and spa and laundry facility since we stayed a week. Coffee in the morning downstairs as well as breakfast and dinner. Would stay again.

It was very quiet and private while still being close to everything in boulder. Indoor heated pool was nice, kiddo loved it and we mostly had it to ourselves.

We found several ants every day crawling around in our room and on our bed. Sofabed had beer bottle caps and a toy from previous guests in it when unfolded.

The hamburger was a premade burger, which i didn’t realize when i ordered it. It was inedible. The “cafe” isn’t really that as they don’t cook food there. They re-heat whatever. The only other issue i had was the lighting over the sink. Very dark. Hard to put on makeup in the low lighting. Otherwise it was great! The gym was clean. Room was clean!

a little durther out, walkable (about a mile) but along busy streets to Boulder attractions. we were visitng a student at CU so had access to a car and transportation. It was eay to get a Lyft ride home one night.
