This location was convenient for universal studios. Parking was included in the stay. Facility was clean and staff was friendly. You have to chat with Xavier when you stay. He make it so enjoyable and he's a pretty funny guy! If we ever visit this area again this will definitely be our spot. Very quiet and food spots around. You must try the sushi across the street.

If I could change anything it would be 2 things. The parking, although it's included it's a tight fight. Nothing they can do or change it is what it is. Breakfast, I wish they had fruit/yogurt or something more then a muffin and cream for coffee. These 2 little things are nothing compared to the stay. It was a great trip! Staff were just amazing 10/10. There are two locations next door to one another. One side shares walls the others are separate cottages. Each room has fridge and microwave. Coffee and muffins in the morning at reception desk.

It's 30 min walk to Universal. 20 min walk to shuttle (they say 15 but per google it's longer and not a safe area). Ride share was $7-10 each way. Cottage is small with no light or outlets between beds so you have to go to door to turn off lights. Bathroom sink is very small without counter space, not ideal for two people. Beds are very very firm my body hurt the next day, but if you like firm that may be nice for you. Not much natural light can get in which is probably good in summer to reduce heat. A/C goes 5 degrees lower or hotter than you select so it's hard to keep temp the same overnight. Rooms are right next to a big main street so you hear cars/trucks all the time. Pillows are very thick/large, we brought our own.

Location was less then 10 min to universal theme park. Starbucks on the opposite corner which was amazing. Close to a Grocery and Walgreens which came in handy on our trip. The property is clean and quiet, we never heard our neighbors cars or doors opening, we only heard the big Garbage cans moving on 1 week day visit. We stayed for 3 nights and I honestly could have stayed more. They had plenty of blankets and pillows plus an extra set and lots of towels and soap in our Double Queen room. This was a welcoming family hotel. It felt safe and secure no Homeless or other activities happening that would discourage our stay. We plan to book here again. Queen beds were really queen beds they were so comfortable this was another reason we will stay again. Walk in shower high toilets. Mini fridge no coffee maker maybe I needed to request one? Hair dryer and iron. Plus iron board. Plenty of seating and charging ports some of ours didn’t work but 3 out of 6 was good. Lots of plugs for the other electrical items. We had nice lighting which could be dimmed and brighter such a nice option. Put up your no maid service sigh or they will come in and tide up we appreciated that first day clean up then I hung the sign.

The parking, one way in and one way out. Don’t pull in just back in. The guys were amazing and even ran out to assist those who didn’t know how to back into a stall. You are cramped if your doors opening wide just be mindful of your neighbors. Honestly I’ve parked worse places in LA so this was do able for the location and the room.

The location was really great; we were able to walk to Universal Studios in about 20 - 30 minutes (there is easy access to the free shuttle at the bottom of the hill if you’d like too). There were also a few stores and small food places within 5-10 minutes of walking. The staff was also very friendly; even though their check in time is until 10:00pm, they were extremely kind and understanding and waited for us to help check us in after that (we just called them ahead of time to let them know our flight was sadly delayed). The room itself was also very modern, clean, and comfortable! Even though we forgot to hang the service tag on our door, they still came and cleaned our room on our first day. It was always nice coming back to a freshly cleaned room! We can absolutely see coming back and staying here again in the future!

For the type of stay (this place has a more motel type of appearance from the outside), there’s not much we can think of in terms of what they can change.

I recently stayed here and I was glad choosing this accommodation. The location is very practical, just a 15-minute walk to Universal Studios. The room was clean and the shower was large and comfortable. The hotel offers parking, although I didn't use it as I didn't have a car. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth. The internet connection was very good and stable! Having a car would be more useful for getting around the city more efficiently, so just consider that! Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would consider staying here again if I'm in this area.

The whole room, bathroom is modern, fresh looking, clean, very comfortable, esp the bed! Plenty of towels & bath amenities!

Breakfast at the lobby was minimal, just muffin and coffee! But if that’s all they offer, it would have been more convenient to just provide packets of instant coffee, creamer and teabags in the room, since a hot water kettle is already provided!! It will save a trip walking to the office, in our case, around to the other complex! Also, our room can use a bed side lamp!

The receptionist were really friendly, and the room was really nice. Wide spaces and close to the Universal studio( within 10 min drive). The location is near the highway so after exiting it you can find it quick and don't have to face the LA traffic. They even got some muffin for breakfast after 7am. Wifi is good and the place is clean. Would definitly stay here again if I ever want to go to Universal studio the second time.

The entrance of the place is a bit small so it's quite easy to miss. Since the AC is right beside the bed so it could be somewhat noisy at night.

Everything!! The Staff was absolutely amazing, beyond kind, had a wonderful sense of humor, and genuinely cared. It was refreshing! They are currently working on renovations but there was no noise & they even called to check on our arrival time and to make sure we found the second entrance when we got there, had parking right in front of our room. Handed out water & snacks & utensils when out door dash failed to bring us some lol Then gave us a late check out when we slept in a bit more than we hoped! Over all, everything was beyond wonderful! We walked everyday from the hotel to universal and felt safe and comfortable, there's tons of food and shopping within walking distance as well! We cannot wait to come back for our next adventure!

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was above & beyond what we wanted & needed! There are no negatives at all! We highly recommend this hotel!

Everything. Lots of little touches. New and remodeled interiors.

clean, spacious, comfortable bed and so quiet I slept so well. The shower was always hot with great water pressure. the coffee making and fridge were a bonus and really nice toiletries. They even had hair conditioner which is unusual. A lovely english pub across the road with 5 dollar happy hour on pints from 3pm - 7pm. walkable to metro 15 mins and universal studios 25mins including 5 min free shuttle at the end. check in and out went smoothly and the staff were really helpful with questions and maps etc. I will definitely stay here again. vivian’s cafe across the road also nice and supermarkets eateries all walkable.
