Breakfast was good, but the chairs were very hard. Food variety was good - room was very clean & well organized. Bed was very comfortable & room was very clean & easy to live in. Parking was under the building so my car stayed very clean. I stay at Best Western hotels a lot & this one was very typical. Would stay there again.

Room was on the street & it was very noisy day & night. If I stay again & would request a room on the bay side. Apparently, according to the lady who checked us in, anyone can post photos on the website & so make it seem like there is more going on at this hotel than is reality - ex. an indoor pool which does not exist, but is on the website! Very deceptive to new customers of this location! Beware when you book online!

Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices more than most plus a waffle maker. Very pleased. Room was clean and much to our surprise we had a balcony to sit outside. Staff were great. He came to our room to help us find the baseball game on the TV. He was not going to give up until he found the channel. We appreciated his kindness and assistance!

It was clean n a convenient location for a concert I was attending. Irene was very welcoming! Breakfast was tasty n had a lot of options 👍🏼

Paying for parking, even though it was pretty reasonable. Ice maker was broken and with this heat you need ice. Hwevr, Irene helped us get some fr their upstairs supplies.

This is my third time here. I love coming here for little staycations and self care. I love the rooms with the spa baths. Its very relaxing and enjoyable. Staff is also friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning has plenty to chose from. I look forward to coming back for my next little getaway.

A little pricey for the spa bath rooms but nothing too crazy. Nothing else to complain about.

It’s location across Pacific Coast Highway from uncriwded Sunset Beach and its beach-friendly attitude meannthat you can swim in the ocean and return with sand on your feet without any eyebriws raised. Waffle-machine at the free breakfast is still my all around favorite breakfast while travelling.

I love the bath .. the beach was walking distance… really intimate and small.

mmm not too modern and seemed a lil old.. wished the bathtub was more like a jacuzzi and not for just one person. The front desk was able to give me more towels. i really appreciated ir.

Good breakfast. Sausage wasn't good. I had a pillowcase that had not been cleaned. It has makeup and drinks/food on it. Yuck! The staff was very nice. Didn't have HBO, Showtime, et cetera. The tub/shower was Really NARROW. You hit the wall or shower curtain the whole time, and turning around, I kept hitting the side of the tub. I've never seen such a narrow tube. But we would stay there again. Good location for Bolsa Chica Beach.

Dirty pillowcase, narrow tube, old carpet in the hall, paying for parking (I already paid to stay, why should I pay for parking on top of that too...not expensive, but guests should have a place to park), and the sausage was really bad.

aesthetically pleasing and so close to the beach as well as lots of shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and comfortable. i chose the room with the spa bath and it was extremely relaxing. staff was friendly and communicative. I highly recommend this hotel!

I only did not like the couch we had. there was a tear and some “odd” stains. i don’t usually use hits sofas or couches but that should be cleaned up.

Breakfast was great! Hot coffee, variety of juices, eggs & sausage, yellow bananas (not green or brown!), apples & oranges, yogurt with toppings, waffles, cereal & more. We had room 324 that was large and had a great view of the harbour.
